Peter
The ice stung his face as he flew up. Stars flew towards him, first looking like a snowflake until he got closer. Soon the light of a star swallowed him. After blinking to get the light out of his eyes Peter looked down. A sky filled with grey clouds had appeared under him. As the wind parted the clouds he could see the castle below. It was nothing like the fairytale castles Wendy had described in her stories. Instead it was dark and unhappy. Peter knew he had to go in.
Landing at the drawbridge someone shouted "What is your buisnes here?"
"I have come to see Corin and discuss my wish" nodding his head the guard opened the door. "Follow me" said the guard.
The castle was lit by white lights every few steps. The hall was gloomy and pictures lined the walls. Each was a photo of a child with a name underneath. The very last one was Peter, he stopped walking. Peter almost never got to see himself, once in a while he would catch his refection in water but oceans did not like to day still. A boy with blond curl, green eyes, and a mischievous look in his eyes stared back at Peter.
"Come on lad Corin is waiting" tearing his eyes away from the picture Peter forced his legs to take one step then another until he was at the botom of a tall curving staircase. Slowly he headed up after the guard.
Tinker Bell
She could tell that Peter was nervous. The grin that he usually had was dimmed. "Well, I have to be brave for him" she thought. "I'll show that witch" with that she flew off. The guard as standing at the top of a staircase waiting for Peter.
"So the old hangs in the tower" beating her wings she flew straight up. Leaving a trail of dust behind her.
Peter
He thought flying made him tired well it was nothing compared to climbing these stairs. "How many stairs are there?" As usual the guard didn't answer.
"How about a game" said Peter with a gleam of mischief in his eyes. "Ever heard of tag?" With out any warning he flew towards that guard slaping him on the shoulder Peter shouted "your it!" Laughing he took off flying in circles above the mans head. With a sigh the guard kept walking barely giving the flying boy a glance.
At the very last door of the long hallway the man stopped. Peter had given up his game a long time ago. In a scruffy voice the guard said "from now on your on your own, so just head up the stairs" Opining the door wide he revealed another staircase. Peter headed up grumbeling "how many stairs can a castle have, this is getting old."
After exactly two hundred thirty nine stairs they stopped and he found him self face to face with a door. Slowly he lifted his and knocking three times. "Come in" said a voice as smooth as silk.
The room was filled with objects. Rocks hung from the ceiling catching the light and macking rainbows. One wall was filled with books another with paper. At the far end of the room sat Corin. Curls fell from her head to her waist. A silver dress reflected the rainbows giving her a glow. Her long fingers where twisting a wire. She didn't seam to notice that there was another person in the room.
Without any warning she spoke "you have finally come to break your wish haven't you?"
