This morning I was a little nervous about the meeting up between Sa'rain and MicKela. I've gotten close with MicKela and I trust her. She's a really good friend to me; however, Sa'rain is my best friend. One of my ride or die's therefore I have more loyalty towards her than MicKela. Fingers crossed though that everything goes well and I wouldn't have to be in the middle of it all.
"Sa'rain why you picked Denny's out of all places to meet up?"
"Well IHOP be crowded in the morning and I didn't feel like eating at McDonalds," she clarified.
"And that's another thing, why didn't we do this at lunch? It's 7 in the morning and I got work at 8."
"Yea I know but I'm gonna be super busy today. Remember my shop is opening tomorrow and it'll be ya girl's birthdayyyy," she stuck her tongue out and did a little twerk.
"PERIOD!" I coped her.
"Nothing more nothing less," she did it back to me and we laughed at our foolishness.
As we waited for MicKela to show so did we wait for our food. I ordered pancakes, bacon , eggs and sausage with orange juice. Sa'rain got her some cinnamon roll pancakes, being all fancy and eggs with a water. I texted MicKela to ask what she wanted and she requested we order her French toast, eggs, bacon and hash browns since she didn't like pancakes nor waffles as much. And as her beverage, she wanted an ice tea. Not long after we got our food, MicKela arrived.
-10 Minutes Later
"So are y'all good?"
"We good once you don't bring yo stealing ass cousin around me."
"My cousin ain't no thief sweetheart," MicKela shrugged, "I still rocking with that fact."
"Believe what you wanna believe. My problem is with your cousin and not so you tho, so we cool."
"Same here," MicKela replied, "Since we all cool, am I still invited to your party tomorrow?"
"I mean sure why not?"
"Ok since we all cool and all, let's go," I said.
"Yea and can one of ya'll take my pictures?" Sa'rain questioned, "The sun doing us right today."
After our meals were paid by MicKela who offered, I went on my way to work leaving them both taking pictures in the parking lot to post on Instagram.
