Chapter 3

Errors Coming Through

Taehyung's POV

"I'm sorry but if I'll be staying here I won't have anything to pay you." I sadly said as we entered his house. And I must say, it's pretty big, not as big as Jin Hyung's house but it's big.

I hear him chuckle before facing me, "It's fine, I'm happy to help." He said with a smile on his face before turning his back at me.

I grip tighter on the handle of my luggage before looking around. It's a two story house, have chandeliers, nice furnitures, and I must say this man is rich.

"Come on, close the door." I hear him said, i turn back to reality before pulling my luggage inside and closing the door. Looking around once again trying to find him.

I saw him in his kitchen in front of his fridge having water.

When our eyes met his eyes slightly widened.

He put down the glass, "You want some water? Here, feel at home. I don't feel any negative energy in you, so I know that you're a good person." He said before leaving his kitchen and walking towards me making me slightly step backwards.

He stopped in front of me  and smile. I noticed that this man loves smiling, but I'm not complaining, his smile is nice.

"So.. uh.. how long will you stay here?" He ask, I gulp, a little bit nervous before of the small distance between the two of us.

"Uhm.. just.. 6 days, yes, 6 days, just until Tuesday." I said almost stuttering. I saw him purse his  lips and nod.

"Okay.. so, let's go upstairs." He said and my eyes widened.

"W-Why? What are we going to do upstairs?" I asked this time stuttering.

He looks like a nice man too yes. But we can't just base on people's appearance. Who knows what type of person he is. He might have that fresh and good look but what about his heart and insides? What if the reason he have this kind of beautiful and big house is that he is in a gang or something?

He look at me and his brows furrowed before he started laughing, when he stopped he looks at me and lick his lower lip.

"I'm going to show you your room, silly. Don't worry, I don't have any bad intentions to you. You're my visitor, so I should treat you nice." He said smiling. My lips parted a little bit before nodding. He walk through the stairs, while I follow from behind.

"Gosh, this luggage!" I mumbled as  I'm having a hard time carrying my luggage. He already finished the steps and I hear a door open.

When I finally reached the second floor I took a deep breath and look around the whole second floor.

"That's a lot of door." I mumbled before pulling up the handle of my luggage and following him where he went.

I peak from the opened door, and that's when I saw him opening the lights and looking around the room. He dusted the bed before looking at me.

"This is okay to you right? If you want there's another room there and another there. You can actually choose if you want." He said, my eyes widened and I started shaking my head.

"No it's fine! This is enough, thank you." I said before walking towards the bed.

I hear him hum and saw him nod. "Okay, So.. I'll leave you now. I'll just cook dinner for us.. then I'll call you when it's done okay?" He said and I nod.

When he left the room I started unpacking. Gladly there's a closet and hangers here. The room is beautiful I must say and things and furnitures are complete.

I already took a bath and just lying down staying at the ceiling when I heard him call. I immediately stand up and go down stairs to eat.

When we finished eating we almost fight about the dishes. I want to help at least but eh insisted. So while he's washing I just decided to clean the table and the counter tops.

Before we both went upstairs and go to our bedrooms.

The next morning I woke up early and immediately took a shower. I change into my clothes that I'm sure will match the year.

As I was brushing my hair I hear the other door from outside open, but I brush it off since I know it's just him.

When I'm finished with everything I decided to leave the room already. When I went downstairs I saw him cooking which surprised me a bit.

"Good morning," I slightly flinched as I heard his voice. He looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, you're going out?" He ask and in slowly nod.

"Eat breakfast first, I'm also heading out." He said and I nod.

We ate breakfast silently but it's almost awkward. I just keep on glancing at him making sure not to get caught.

I'm going to start looking today, but where should I start?

"Uhm.. Jungkook?" I called, he hum and look at me and raised both of his eyebrow.

"Do you.. do you know where the.. uhm old palace or palace of emperor is?" I hesitantly ask, cause I don't know how to ask about it.

His brows furrowed and let go of his utensils.

"You mean the last emperor's place?" He ask and I slowly nod.

"Sure, I know where, I'll bring you there." He said and I nod smiling a bit.

When we finished eating I cleaned the dishes while he take a bath.

And soon we leave his house. We take the taxi and bring us there, then there he also left me.

I look around the place, asking people is they sell any necklace, cause.. last night I made conclusion.

Those people in 1850, might have sold the necklace, and it couldn't just vanished in this world. So at least I try to find, but if I really don't find anything, this when I stop.

The day ended so quickly that I didn't have any news about any Purple Heart necklace.

I went back to his house. Just as I enter I hear the sizzling sound. So when I look over the kitchen I saw him grilling some pork.

"Let's have a dinner." He said smiling. I nod and smiled back at him before putting down my bag.

We ate dinner silently, just like this breakfast, I'm not that hungry cause I ate sandwich that I made this morning for breakfast.

"Hey... you okay?" I slowly lift my head up and look at him before nodding. He just nod and we continue to eat.

Just like last night he cleaned the dishes and I clean the kitchen.

We went upstairs but as I was about to twist the door knob he called me..

"Uhm Taehyung?" I hum and look at him..

He scratch the back of his head.

"Do you.. do you want to go out with me tomorrow?"
