Chapter 9

Errors Coming Through

Taehyung's POV

"Who is coming with us to the city hall? We are going to report that we have found the Purpel Heart necklace." I heard Namjoon htung said from the door frame of tenor room.

I slowly look at them before looking back at the TV.

"I will, I badly need money. And you might sell the Necklace at a low price." Yoongi hyung said. I kept my attention on the television not sparing a glance at them anymore.

"Uhmm.. everyone, did you see the necklace?" Almost all of them run inside the room of Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung.

"I put it there last night!" I heard Namjoon hyung exclaimed.

"But where is it now?!" Its Yoongi hyung this time.

Then I hear their footstep come out of the room.

"Taehyung-ah, did you see the necklace?" Namjoon hyung ask, his face screaming worry.

I look at them as if I care, I furrowed my brows and bite my lower lip acting as if I'm thinking.

"I didn't, why? It's missing?" I ask and Hoseok hyung nod.

"Yes, Jin hyung said he put it on their bed side table last night. But now that we are going to sell it, it's nowhere to be found." Hoseok htung replied.

I parted my lips, "Aww, that's sad." I said before looking back at the television.

It took them 5 minutes just standing on the side. Probably thinking if here they could have put the necklace.

Then Jimin started walking around, searching for the necklace. Followed by Hosoek hyung, Yoongi hyung, Jin hyung and last is Namjoon hyung.

"That's it, we are doing a general clenaing today just to fucking find that necklace." Namjoon hyung said before groaning.

I stand up and open the fridge to get the bowl of strawberries before sitting back down on the couch.

Just watching them clean the house and search for the necklace.

After few hours they have managed to clean jin hyung's room, and the whole living room and kitchen.

"Where on earth is that fucking necklace?!" Namjoon hyung groaned.

"Taehyung-ah, why aren't you helping us to find it?" Yoongi hyung ask, I slowly look at his direction before putting down the bowl on the table in front of me.

"I already did half of the mission, go back to time, stay there for a week and get the necklace you want. I think it's time for me to rest." I said, yoongi hyung squinted his eyes before nodding.

I stand up and go to the kitchen to put back the remaining strawberry inside the fridge.

When I went back to the living room they were all sitting down on the different places. Panting and taking deep breaths, still tired from the cleaning they did.

"Try searching again, it won't escape the house." I said, they look at me first before looking at each other.

Namjoon hyung stand up, "Yes, let's go. We shouldn't rant about finding it, because infe we found it, we will live in luxury." He said and the other nod before standing up, this time looking under teh sofa.

I look at the first, and when I made sure they tell all busy, I went inside the lab.

As I close the door, I slowly walk towards the time machine.

I'm the one who designed this, but I'm not part of the making of it. I don't know how it works, but I know for sure what I want..  and that is to go back to 1978.

I walk towards the button, all I see are numbers and letters. Damn, I should have joined them while making this. Or when Namjoon hyung and Yoongi hyung is discussing this.

I leave the buttons and walk back to the teleporter.

I run mu hands through the door.

"Gguk, how are you there?" I said and I immediately feel the tears building up in my eyes.

"I'm so sorry, I..  I don't know how to explain myself. I want to go back, I want to apologize and explain to you. But.. I don't know how. I doubt that if.. if I told them I want to go back they will stop me." I cried, I lean my head on the glass door.

"Please.. please be happy in your time. Find the right person for you." I said before searching to mh pocket. And pulling out the Purole Heart Neckalce.

"I'm sorry for stealing this from you. I.. I should have forget about the mission and just stayed with you there. I'm sorry for-

"Taehyung-ah! You have the necklace for all this time!" My eyes widened and I immediately look at my back.

There I saw them 6 by the door looking at me with wide eyes.

I gasp as Namjoon hyung march towards me and snatch the neckalce away.

"Hyung wait-

"What gotten into you?! You keep the necklace away from us! If you just didn't take this we could have the billion money by now!" he exclaimed pointing to my face.

"Then you're saying you should have forgot about the mission and stay in that year?! For what?! Cause you found someone there and-

"Yes! I did found someone there! Someone who love me! Who care for me-

"Bullshit! You just stayed there for a week! It's impossible that someone will love you in that short period of time! Wake up Kim Taehyung!" He shout making me shut my eyes.

"Wake the fuck up and forget about whoever that person is! Cause the truth is that they doesn't love you-

"Enough! You got the necklace now! Stop throwing me those words of yours! I already get it! I was blinded by love!! Fine! I get it!" I said before marching out of the lab.

Bullshit, I know he love me! Its just me who broke it! Its just me who left him for a fucking mission!

Jimin's POV
"Tae? Let's eat, you didn't eat lunch with us. Let's have at least a snack." I softly  called from the outside of Tae's and mine' room. 

I knock for few more times but when I received no response, I decided to open the knob.

And to my surprise..

I run back out of the room, when I entered the living room they were all staring at me.

"What?" Yoongi hyung asked.

"Taehyung is missing."
