I packed and packed for what seemed like forever. We were going to be gone for three weeks.

I kept my mind off the fact, I would be spending that long with the killer of my sister. I just told myself to keep the distance, figuring he would already be doing that as well.

After I finished packing, I went to sleep, preparing myself for the big adventure starting tomorrow.

I woke up and got ready. I took my suitcase down to the kitchen and made myself a bowl of cereal. I sat down at the table and picked up the piece of paper lying in front of me.

It was from my mom. I rolled my eyes as I unfolded the note. 'Dear Heather, I'm sorry I wasn't able to be home, to say goodbye to you. Work has been crazy lately. I want you to have fun and know I love you. Don't get into any trouble. See you in three weeks. -xx Mom' I ripped the paper in half and threw it away.

My mom didn't really care, and honestly I didn't care anymore either, I gave up on our relationship years ago, when she stopped loving me.

I finished my cereal and heading for the airport. Our flight was leaving at 7 o'clock sharp. I drove for around thirty minutes till I finally got to the airport.

I parked my car and headed to the main lobby in the airport. After looking around for a while I finally saw Mr. Enders and some of my class mates.

"Heather." Mr. Enders said as he checked my name off the list. "We are just waiting on Matt and Heath now."

"Wait, is Niall not coming?" I asked. I could have swore his name was read off the list Tuesday.

"Oh yes! So we are just missing three then." He said checking his list again. We all waited around for them to show up. One by one they slowly arrived and we were just waiting on Niall now.

I sat there alone three seats down from the others. None of my friends were here. Matt and I talked a little but I wouldn't consider us friends. Everyone here really hated me.

I plugged in my earphones and sat there watching my surrounding, till I saw Niall walk up to our group. I watched as he talked with his friends, the smile spread wide across his face. He looked over at me a few times, funny how that smile faded so quickly when he laid eyes on me. Funny how we both never looked at each other without some kind of hate in our eyes.

We all had arrived, so we all got in line for security scans. I loaded my heavy suitcase onto the slowly moving scanner. I took off my shoes and jacket and then went through the body scan. I took my things and waiting for the rest of the class to come through.

I watched Niall load his things onto the scanner and take off his shoes. A he went through the body scanner the beeper went off. I rolled my eyes as I watched him dig his keys out of his pocket, and place them with his luggage.

We all finished with the security checking and took our luggage to the luggage carousel, then headed for the waiting area for our flight. We didn't sit there long till we were all loading our luggage, then boarding the plane.

I took my seat in E47, where my ticket navigated me to sit. I sat there looking out the window, waiting for the rest of the passengers to get settled before we took off.

I watched everyone sit down, and get comfortable. Niall finally boarded the plane looking for his seat number, when he stopped. He looked down at his ticket then back up at the seat, and then at me.

"Tell me this isn't your seat number." I said in a nasty voice.

"If it wasn't I wouldn't be standing this close to you." He said looking at me with angry blue eyes. He took his seat shuffling around, trying to get comfortable.

"Would you sit still? Geez." Every little thing he did ticked me off the max amount. Just the sound of his breathing made me cringe and want to scream. "That's it! I am not sitting fourteen hours next to you. Blonde boy!" He hated it when I called him that. I got up, purposely nudging harshly against him, as I made my way out of my seat.

"Will you please trade seats with me?" I asked a girl in my class. She looked at me with a snotty look and shook her head, as she put back in her earphones. I asked every girl in my class to trade seats and they all turned my offer down.

"Ma'am may I help you?" The old women, who was the flight attendant asked me.

"Yes. Um I got a seat next to someone who I really" I paused, "dislike... And is there possibly another seat I could take?" I asked nicely.

"Oh I'm very sorry, but all the rows are taken. You will have to sit in the seat number on your ticket." She said walking away swiftly.

I sighed closing my eyes. I grinned my teeth together as I walked back over toward Niall. I took a quick stop at the end of row, waiting for him to move so I could get in. He just sat there staring straight in front of him. He obviously knew I was there, but chose to ignore me. I took a deep breath and took a big step over his legs, slightly falling on top of him. He didn't move he just sat there, I could see in his eyes he was getting irritated.

I took this opportunity to irritate him a little more. I put in my earphones and turned on my music. I started singing loudly, as I closed my eyes. "But he won't love you like I love you... Baby that's why you need me..." I sang out. I opened one eye to see if he was getting ticked off yet.

His face was something I know oh so well. He was getting irritated and quick. I smirked evilly and kept singing, but louder. Before I knew it the left side of my earphone was yanked out of my ear. "Would you shut up!" He yelled at me. "The plane hasn't even took off yet and I am about to already rip out your throat!"

I looked at him with a sassy face, and put my earphone back into my ear, and started singing softly again. I dozed off to banging music in my ears.
