A/N I'M SO SO SORRY FOR GHOSTING THIS STORY i've had so many tests and exams and i had to deal with my mental health a lot and im so sorry :'/

_Clay POV_
We both had a sharp stick in our hands - me, being the right handed I held it in my right hand and him being left handed in his left. Our hands on the other arm were together. We stood over the water in that waterfall pond, waiting for the fish to come.
We weren't talking much. It was a comfortable silence.
We were standing in the water for the past half an hour. I was getting bored. So I planted a little kiss on George's cheek.
"ClaAy!" he playfully giggled, immediately turning bright red. I liked his reaction, so I did it again. He giggled again, placing a kiss on my cheek.
We shared little kissed until George whined. I took a step back.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm fine," he smiled. He leaned in, to kiss my cheek again, but whined again. This time, louder.
"George, seriously, what's wrong?" He looked at me and shook his head.
"I'm telling you, I'm completely fine, mkaay," he tried to giggle, but screamed out of pain.
"GEORGE!"
"SOMETHING'S PIERCING MY LEG!" He screamed again, water was now starting to turn dark green.
I looked at his leg - something or someone was grabbing it, sticking its claws in his flesh. It was...
A mermaid.
_No one's POV_
Dream was quick to react. He held up his sharpened stick and stuck it in the mermaid's chest, earning an ear-wrecking scream for it. The creature let go of George's leg and wrapped its hands around the stick, pulling it out of its body.
The water filled with dark green fluid. Dream took a step backwards, holding George's hand. But the mermaid wasn't dead. It reached for George again and grabbed him from behind.
It took him underwater with him and even tho the water wasn't much deeper than a meter, George couldn't see Clay anymore - water was filled with green liquid, filling his eyes.
He tried to fight back, but failed. The creature swam towards the waterfall with him in its arms. It jumped out of the water, trough the falling water.
A/N an extra short chapter again i really sorry i'll try and post more. oh and btw george's blood is dark green since he's still part mermaid lol :)
