Guren's POV

Two days later

Shinya and I spend that entire night talking about just everything, it was like all the emotions I had bottled up were pouring out. He had decided that he should break off the engagement as it was nothing more than a contract. I went with him to meet Col. Tanaka, father-in-law, soon to be ex-father-in-law. I didn't join their conversation as it was something private. But I could see from a distance that Col. Tanaka had steams coming out if his ears and he slapped Shinya. I was about to intervene but the Col. left with his daughter following him behind. I saw Shinya coming towards me with a big smile on his face. Oh god he is gonna be really bad for my heart. "So how did it go?" I asked trying hard to maintain an emotionless face. "I think it well" he said while walking. "What did you say for him to slap you?" I asked while gently stroking his cheek which had turn red. He looks surprised at first but then he lets me stroke it, smilingly. "I just told him that his daughter was whore who I no longer wish to marry" he said with a while gently falling into the my hand stroking him. "No wonder he slapped you" I said with a sigh. "Hey Guren" he says looking at me. I turn to look at his blue eyes sparkling. "I never replied to what you told me that night" he said with a thin smile in his lips. I just looked at him curiously. "I love you" he says with his smile reaching his eyes. He rarely had that smile. I felt my heart skip a beat. After saying that he just starts walking, ignorant of the fact that he just told me the something that I've been wanting to hear since forever. He then turns around. "Aren't you coming" he asks. A sigh of relief escapes my lips. I walk up to him and look at him, his face glowing in the sunset colours. Thinking he is finally mine. My heart no longer weighs me down with regrets. I take his hand and we then walk to our destination hand in hand.

Months Later

It is mid December. The early mornings are quite cold. But that's not the case here cause a certain silver hair is wraped around me. The morning rays coming in from the window were blinding as I tried opening my eyes. When I look down, I can see silver hair sprawled across my chess. A thin smile appearing in my lips. I pull the blanket to cover him better. But such a small movement make his to stir in my chest. "Good morning" Shinya says with a smile, his eyes still close. "Good morning" I reply stroking away his bangs from his eyes. "Admiring the view" he asks when he notices that I am staring at him. "I don't know what your talking about" I tell him looking away. Trying to change subject. "We have a meeting in the morning, we should get going" I inform him. "Your dating a Hiiragi, we can afford to be a bit late" he says with playful smile. "Well you can be late Lord Hiiragi, but Kureto will chew me off if I'm late" I tell him sarcastically. "Just a few more minutes" he says with pout in his lips. He knows I'll never say no when he acts like this. I kiss his pout. "Just a few more minutes then" I tell him. He's got me wrapped around his little finger. I don't really mind though as he is mine and I'm his. We both cuddle up and enjoy the sunrise.
