Second step you will need medical supplies because you never know what will happen if you get a gash, you get stabbed, or if you need to get rid of anything on you're body that wasn't suppose to belong their.
Five) Stitching: If you or someone who you are with gets hurt maybe they get to distressed and they trip and bang their head and it tears their head open you need to have needles and and some string to sew it back together.
Six) Infection: If you touch something that you don't know that could be infected and you get infected you will need some hydrogen peroxide, running alcohol and some cotton balls or pads.
Seven) Sprains, broken bones, and bruising : Ok say you punched a tree or a car or brick with madness and you're hand is turning purple you know that its broken so you try to pop it back in place but can't you need to have medical wrap to wrap around you're hand until you can either get help, pop it back in place at it own time, And or heal....Say you twisted you're ankle from running and it hurts someone's following you so you hide in a tree you have to quickly apply a wrap to it and get back down it still hurts but you keep going knowing you'll be ok even with the pain and will be able to outrun the person easily if you keep going. You bruise you're ribcage and it hurts like hell you need to be able to keep going but the pain slowlls you down you need to have something cold or hot to press against it for a few minutes you could apply a little IceCube on it eve if you had to go to McDonalds and ask for a complementary cup of ice and water or go in some places bathroom and use a hot rag to press against the bruised spot.
Eight) Medicines: You will need Ibuprofen or Aspirin for a headache. You will also need Tylenol or also ibuprofen for pain it won't last for a long time but it will get you by trust me ive used it enough to know if you have any other medications you wanna bring then be freely to do so but remember always be careful who sees where you're putting this stuff at they might get suspicious.
