Fourth Step ok so fourth step is going to be about working out yes I know I know some of you know how to do that already bc ur on a sports team or have nothing better to do no offence but the point of these work outs is for self defence which will be the next step I know a lot to learn just to runaway right? Yes but I know a many of people who have runaway before and these are things they told me that we need to know to make it where we wanna be.
Thirteen) Push Ups: Now the reason for push ups is to give you arm strength you need to be able to pull you're else up on a ledge in case of someone following you you need to be able to hold you're self up for at least half a hour at a time also in case you do not have room to do pull ups.
Fourteen) Leg Lifts: So you can be able to stand on ledges for hours at a time also because you'll be walking and running and you don't need you're legs giving out on you do we.
Fifteen) Crunches: You need to be able to crunch down in small places in case you need to hide it'll help with anything like that.
Sixteen) Stretching: Learn to strech as limber as possible also helpful if you have to jump tree to tree.
