"Babe. Where's the puppy?" I ask entering the bedroom.
"He got out a couple of weeks ago?" He kind've says as a question.
"A couple of weeks ago. Why you didn't tell me?"
"I didn't wanna stress you. Hell you've been home for two weeks a didn't even notice. I just needed you and the baby to get settled in." He kisses my cheek and walks over to pick up Dj out of his crib.
"Doesn't your mom look fine as fuck." He says putting him into his car seat.

I grab his diaper bag as David grabs the car seat. "Behave tonight sir."

"Of course I'll watch my God baby." Mehg says squeezing Djs feet. "It ain't ever no problem."
