In the kingdom of Kraesha ruled by a viceroy, a knight lives with honor and is known by people because of his bravery and strength. People adored him because of his kindness and generosity. King Elias and Queen Emlin, king and queen of Kraesha, have given a beautiful lance as a gift for his act of valor to protect them and the citizens of their kingdom. His name is Williame. He did not grow in a wealthy family but he was raised by his parents to protect people and bring justice treated badly by miscreants. He, then, became a knight and became loved by the people of Kraesha.
Williame is ordered to go to the Kingdom of Sacidian to get something King Hamnet, king of Sacidian, wants to give to King Elias. As the morning came, he readies his steed as he heads out and cross the boundary located in a forest. Moments before he steps over the boundary, he hears sounds of footsteps and crackling sounds of dried leaves.
"Who's there?" he shouts to where the sound is coming from. Nobody answers. All he hears is a sound of something falling. He immediately signals his horse to go to where that sound came from.
As he comes closer, he realizes that it is a woman collapsed on the ground. He observes the person from afar and realizes that this woman is not from his kingdom. She wore a long silk dress - up to her ankles, slippers full of gems and shiny stones, her hair is long and smooth. He knows that this woman is not an ordinary woman but of royal blood by the way she dresses and her skin with no trace of work. He also remembers that the king and queen only has one child, and that is the prince, so he is sure that this woman is a trespasser. At once, he gets off his steed and approaches the lady. He moves her hair away from her face and he sees a beauty he has never seen before. The woman slowly opens her captivating eyes of green. He is enthralled instantly.
"AAAAHHHH" the woman yelped. Williame snaps off his fantasy and calls into mind that this woman is a danger to the people he protects. Williames horse gets frightened of the womans squeal and flees, forgetting and leaving his owner in a forest with an unknown woman from another kingdom.
"What am I supposed to do now?" he asks himself and slowly turns his head to look at the woman whom you can see the shock on her face and in her eyes. His heart dropped as he saw the fear in her eyes; he wanted to comfort her but he cant, it isnt right.
"Madam, I am Williame from the kingdom of Kraesha. May I know what your name is and where you are from, that I may bring you back." he said gently, hopefully calming her down.
"Hi. I-I am Grissell" she stutters and clears her throat, "And I am a citizen of this kingdom, Kingdom Kraesha. Do you want to know more about me? Well, I love to write satires and mock the government for being-" she stops as she sees the face of Williame that is not convinced of her explanation.
"The government of Kraesha is the best on this island. Can you explain what kind of government you think we have?" He raises his eyebrow as he starts interrogating Grissell, even when he knows that she really is not one of their people.
"Wait, really? Not one of the citizens here complain?" she stated without thinking.
"You did not know Madam Grissell of Kraesha?" William continues to question her.
Grissell's throat dries because of the tension and pressure so she clears her throat, once again, before she speaks.
"Of course I knew. I was just, uhm Oh, It just slipped my mind. Thats all." she explains.
Williame nods and bites his lips as he tries to hide his smile because of how amusing Grissell is. He has never felt this way before. He has never smiled out of something anyone said, except today. He snaps out of it and remembers who this woman is. Grissell will be the cause of two people dying and it does not seem like she knows.
