Lebo M:♪ [The silhouettes of birds fly past the moon.] Night [Below the birds, several animals march in a straight line.] and the spirit of life, [A baby okapi bounds after its mother.] calling... ♪
Pride Landers: ♪ [The Pride Landers march in a line across the savanna.] Oh, oh, iyo! ♪
Lebo M: ♪ Mamela. ♪

Rafiki: ♪ [Rafiki stands on the promontory of Pride Rock, gesturing to the crowd below.] Ubukhosi bo khokho. We ndodana ye sizwe sonke. ♪
Lebo M:♪ [The sun rises, silhouetting the marching Pride Landers.] Wait! [Flamingos fly past Mount Kilimanjaro.] There's no mountain too great. [Several topi join a line of marching Pride Landers.] Hear the words and have faith. ♪

Lebo M:♪ He lives in you. [Rafiki lifts his arms to the sky, where Mufasa's spirit watches, smiling.] ♪

Lebo M:♪ He lives in me. [The breeze stirs Rafiki's mane. He smiles, his eyes closed.] ♪

Lebo M:♪ [Rafiki gestures to the Pride Landers, who are gathered below Pride Rock.] He watches over... ♪

Lebo M: [The breeze carries across a stream.] Into the water... ♪

Lebo M:  ♪ [A giraffe lifts its head. Zazu flies up to the promontory of Pride Rock.] In your reflection... ♪

Lebo M: ♪ [Simba,Daniel Tiger,and his friends and family,and Nala approach Rafiki. Nala holds an infant Kiara by her scruff.] He lives in you. ♪
Chorus:♪ [Rafiki embraces Simba,Daniel Tiger,and and Nala.] Ingonyama nengw' enamabala. [Rafiki gently takes Kiara into his arms.] Ingonyama nengw' enamabala. [Zazu bows.] ♪

[Rafiki holds Kiara up in the air. Below, the Pride Landers erupt into cheers.]
Pride Landers:*cheers*
[Mufasa smiles down on the ceremony. Kiara grins playfully.]
Lebo M:♪ [The breeze stirs Simba's mane. He closes his eyes and smiles.] He lives in you. ♪
Singer:♪ [Nala sighs and smiles.] Oh, yeah! ♪
Lebo M:♪ He lives in you! ♪
Chorus: ♪ [Kiara swats at the milkweed floss that is being carried on the breeze.] Hela, hey mamela. Hela
Lebo M:♪ Woo! [The breeze stirs Rafiki's mane. He smiles and closes his eyes.] He lives in me. ♪
Chorus:♪ Hela, hey mamela. Hela. ♪
Lebo M:♪ [The Pride Landers continue to cheer down below.] He watches over... ♪

Lebo M:♪ Everything we see. ♪

Lebo M:♪ [The Pride Landers bound into a nearby stream.] Into the water... ♪
Elephants:[Two elephants rear onto their hind legs.] *trumpets*

Chorus:♪ [The elephants slam back down to the ground, startling a flock of birds out of a tree.] Hela, hey mamela. Hela. ♪
Lebo M: ♪ [The birds fly past Pride Rock.] In your reflection... ♪

Lebo M: ♪ [Rafiki lowers Kiara and marks her forehead with red paint.] He lives in you. ♪
Chorus:♪ Ingonyama nengw' enamabala. [Nala nuzzles Kiara.] Ingonyama nengw' enamabala. ♪
Lebo M: ♪ [Simba nuzzles Kiara.] He lives in you. ♪

[Nearby, Timon and Pumbaa watch happily. Timon is resting on Pumbaa's head.]
Timon:Ah, Pumbaa. Look at that little guy. [Timon punches at the air.] A chip off the old block! And you gotta know who's [Timon gestures to himself.] gonna raise 'im!
Pumbaa:His parents?
Timon:Okay, sure. Get technical. But who's gonna teach him the really important stuff? Like how to belch? [Timon walks to the edge of Pumbaa's snout.] *belches* And dig for grubs? [Timon jumps to the ground.] I'm telling ya, buddy, it's gonna be like old times. You, [Timon gestures to himself.] me, [Timon gestures to Pumbaa.] and the little guy. [Timon gestures to Kiara.]
Daniel Tiger: I hate to say to guys but it is Girl.
Rafiki:*laughs* Tiger Cub is Right. It is a girl.
Timon:Girl.
Timon and Pumbaa:[Timon and Pumbaa look at each other in exaggerated shock.] Girl?! [Timon and Pumbaa faint.] Oy.
