Harry Potter Fic Awards

The plan

There will be 15 paricipants for  each category and 3 judges for each category, the judges will each rate 5 books from their category and give me a number out of 100 (I will post how to judge them later on) Then the three with the highest scores from each group of 5 will go onto round 2, in this round they will be put into new groups with a new judge and again will be rated with a number out of 100, only the person with the highest score will go onto the third round with a final judge who will rate each book again and then their will be a first, second and third.
