We stood there in silence for about 10 mins.
"Yo man, where you stay?" I said looking him as his eyes was scanning the trees. He looked up at me with confusion.
"Wym? I stay here"
"Why not just go home?" I asked, half of me knew the answer but I just wanted to hear it from him.
"That doesn't concern you man, I'm finna go so can you see your way out these woods?"
"Ight man, I got you."
I walked behind him once we make it out we both part ways
*15 mins later*
I got back to the store we were at and surprisingly Sherhonda and Teelee were still there.
"Boy what the hell took you so long and where my damn son?" sherhonda asked looking pissed.
"Ma I was talking to Khalil and he's down really bad, it's gonna take him a while to come around"
"Well did you at least tell him I'm here" she said sounding dumb asl.
"He doesn't even know who you are Sherhonda, I didn't tell him nothing" I said looking down. She looked at me and then looked at Teelee, "why you not saying nun? You don't care that he left Khalil without telling him that we are here to get him?"
"Ma he is right though, cause even if he did tell Khalil today then it would definitely take some time before he actually comes around" Teelee said waiting to get cussed out. But surprisingly Sherhonda just got back in the car.... I look over at Teelee and we both shake our heads and head back in the car knowing that tomorrow is gonna be a really long day.
A/N: I'm sorry y'all I'm gonna start getting used to this updating stuff😭 but there has been a lot going on and I just been real distracted. I'm also trying to get better at my writing so hopefully this book isn't trash forever💀
