He can launch water so fast, it can cut through steel with ease.
His top speed(In human form) underwater is about Mach 1.1
His top speed(In shark form) underwater is said to be a little over Mach 3. Because of this, he can make a sonic boom underwater. Its entirely possible I checked.
Since he doesn't need air and can breath underwater, he is great for all sorts of stealth missions that have a body of water nearby. He will act like a corpse and surprise attack his opponent.

Weakness: If he stays in his shark form for too long, his eyes roll back, indicating that he has gone into a feral state. This feral state will usually be about 5 minutes. In this mode, he will not be able to differentiate friend or foe. He will attack anybody. And he cant be tranqed, the darts wont penetrate the skin. The two best counters to this is exposing him for long periods of time to midnights gas. But be sure to protect midnight from him too. The next is electricity. Like, ALOT, of electricity. Heres the thing. Kaminaris lightning can reach 2 million volts, that is his current limit. Izukus limit before passing out... is the typical lightning strike. Now how much is that. Oh... you know... 300 million volts or so.
