Harry lifted the trunk of Louis's rental car. Inside, Louis was bound about the hands and feet in duct tape. The gray tape was wrapped around his head over and over to muffle Louis's screams.

"I've really backed myself into a corner here, Lou," Harry spoke calmly to the thrashing, snarling figure in the trunk. "I've bound and gagged you and locked you in a trunk. I just fucked your girlfriend.." With that, Louis's threw himself about the the small trunk more violently. "I fucked Eleanor," continued Harry, "And then, I let her go when she knew I was the last person to see you."

Harry pat Louis's shoulder. "Really? What can I do? What are my options now?" With some effort, he peeled the tape (and a wad of hair) off Louis's head. He wanted to hear what Louis had to say.

"You fucker!" Louis shouted and spit great wads of saliva toward Harry. "You stupid fookin' wanker!"

Harry slammed the trunk down just as Louis was screaming for help, but he continued to speak to Louis, to make his regrets known. "You never should have gotten mixed up in this. I still love you, Lou. In fact, I think I'm getting choked up. I've done bad things, Louis. I've killed a lot of people." Louis was pounding against the trunk. Harry wondered if he could hear him at all.

He continued speaking to his prisoner. "The death toll can't stop here, unfortunately. You're an angel. You really are. You didn't deserve any of this. I'm sorry, Louis. So sorry."

Harry smoothed his dark waves, tucked in the button-down beneath his blazer, and pulled on his white driving gloves.

Harry took his mobile phone from his back pocket. "What's your emergency?" asked the voice on the other line.

"We need a police and coroner to 1203 Fairfall Lane. A singer from One Direction is dead."
