Unrequited Pain

Time flies and Sso followed him everyday after the school. Also at the school time she always tried to stay near him. But unfortunately she haven't the guts to confess her love. Finally the last day of school arrived. At last she thought to put a note to his bag.

"Oh girls, it's the time so do it, hurry up!" Minjae said to Soojin and Sohyun, while searching around the class.

"Yes Sso, there is no one here, all are prepairing for graduation ceremony. So hurry up!" Soojin pushed Sso, towards Song Kang's bag.

Sso tried to open his bag , but her hands starts to shiver ." Ohh I can't do this, See! My hands are shivering....." Sso said with an afraid tone.

"Hey...don't be mad, this may be your last chance, if you hesitate to do this... then you will lose him forever..." Minjae warned her. Those words repeated and repeated in Sso's ears.

'Loosing him forever?'

Oh god, it can't be... No... no... nooooooooo...

That can't be, so I'll do this. Yes I will!' Sso took a deep breath and open his bag. She hide her note there and sighed.

'Ok, let's go,' Soojin drag her out from the class three of them ran towards the main hall.

"Hey, Hyunsik! Did you see that?"

"Ahh....it's so embarrassing, poor girl! How can he do something like that? Ahh... he is a cold idiot," Han's words stop the girls.

"Why... what happened," Minjae interjects into their conversation.

"Ahh... it's that jerk, Song Kang ! " Hyunsik smirked at the girls and said.

"Song Kang! " Sso asked with shock.

"Yeah... Song Kang, how can he be so heartless to a such a pretty girl?" Han answered to Sso's shock.

"For a pretty girl? Heartless? What happen?" Soojin rolled her eyes and glared at Han.

"Oh she is not prettier than you, but his behavior is so bad," Han replied to Soojin with blushing cheeks.

"Ugh... nonsense!" Soojin gave him a sarcastic smile and looked away.

"Ya... Please can anyone tell me what happened earlier?" Sso raised her voice.

"Ahh... a beautiful girl confessed to Song Kang by giving him a confession letter, but that rude jerk put it to the dust bin in front of her. Is it fair?" Hyun sik scolded for Song Kang's reaction.

Still, Han is staring at Soojin with a shy face.

"Ok, ok now it's over. What to do, let's go." Hyunsik randomly tapped on him.

"Huh? Why... what's going on?" He asked with a embrassed face.

"I want to go to the teacher's room, Miss Jenny called me. By the way, how long are you going to stare on her?" Hyunsik winked at Han and left.

"Hey... wait for me," Han also followed him.

"Omo... look at him. He is cute! Isn't he?" Sso roll her eyes and look at Soojin. Minjae giggled at Sso's compliment and turn to Soojin.

"Cute? W-h-a-t ?... Ahhh..." Soojin looked away, but her blushing cheeks proved that his cutness is true.

"By the way did your hear... that... Song Kang?" Minjae asked with a serious face.

"Hmmm... I-also," Soojin wasn't able to end her sentence.

"He didn't accept anyone's letters except mine," Sso confidently replied to them.

"Hey... don't be so silly," Soojin slapped Sso's forehead .

"Silly? Why... why are you saying such thing?" Sso widened her eyes.

"Ya... don't you think he will treat you as the same. Do you have any guarantee on his reactions?" Minjae's words pierced Sso's heart.

"Do you think such a cold guy could accept your letter and say 'Saranghae' to you back like as the dramas? Oh then wake up my girl... wake up! This is real life, it's not a bed of roses. So please give up," Minjae explained the real situation to Sso. But it's too hard for Sso to bear, so she lean on Soojin and hide her face. Soojin is a more emphatic girl than Minjae. She tapped and comfort her with tearful eyes.

Suddenly Sso pulled away from Soojin and wiped her own tears. After that, she started to run towards the class.

"Hey wait for us..." the other two also follow her.

"Ahh... it's a relief," Sso looked at her confession letter and said.

"Ohh you take it out? Why...?" Soojin ask sadly.

"No... this is good. If not you will hate your precious first love after his rude rejection," Minjae tried to comfort her again.

After little time class has filled up with students. There is a huge noice at the class hence today is the last day of school. But suddenly Song kang arrived to class. His facial expressions were so aggressive. He straightly went through his bag and started to pack his stuff.

"Ohh Is he leaving?"

"Why is he leaving so early?"

"Today is the graduation day, how can he leave like this?"

"Is it because of that confession letter? "

"Ahh... he is acting so harshly. What's his problem ?"

The whole class was confused with his attitude and whispered to each other. He didn't care about anyone and packed the bag and was ready to leave the class.

Sso looked at him for the last time. Her heart fluttered so fast. It caused a heartache, because she was scared to confess him. Finally Sso closed her eyes and laid on her desk. At that time she heard the sound of the door closing.

It's Song kang...

She folded the paper note tightly in her hand with tearful eyes to control her unrequited pain.
