I was 1 year's old, when you saw me walking,
You ran towards me with all your desires,
Where I laughed and you cried happily.
I was 2 year's old, when I spoke "MOM",
Your ears from then only wanted to hear my voice,
Where I smiled and you laughed peacefully.
I was 5 year's old, when I went to school for the first time,
You sent me away with a hope that I will achieve your dreams,
Where I cried and you cried too.
I was 12 year's old, when I had a fight with you,
You were still taking care of me silently I came to know,
Where I was regretted and you waited.
I was 16 year's old, when I said that you were wrong and my friends were right,
You kept quiet and your silence answered me how wrong was I,
Where I was waiting and you were smiling.
I would be 20, 30 or maybe 50 year's old, when this heart would still beat for you,
You will maybe with me or maybe not but I will be there waiting for you always,
Where I would be happy and make you happy.
