A.D. - umm...actually we both want you to get married
AaSan - what *then looked at each other*
Aashna - Dad you know I can't do this I need time
A.M. - but beta it's been three years move on now
Aashna - sorry mom..bu..but I..I can't *teary and stammering*
She went up to her room.

Sanket's POV : -

Our parents shocked us with the news of our marriage. Aashna was almost crying after aunty said her to move on. She went to her room and I went after her. She was sitting on her bed crying, I sat beside her she looked at me and suddenly hugged me tightly and cried her out. I caressed her hair, she started breathing heavily I calmed her down, made her drink water. Soon her cries turned to sobbing I looked at her but she slept in my arms. She was looking really cute, I lied her on bed covered her blanket and left. I went downstairs and saw them sitting
A.D. - beta, how's she now
Sanket - she is sleeping uncle
A.M. - really? *shocked*
Sanket - yes
A.D. - Thank god
Sanket - but what happened
A.M. - she never sleeps after crying just lock herself up in her room and cries for hours
Sanket - whyy
A.D. - *huffs* she was in depression, she is still recovering. We want her to move on with you
Sanket - ohh

We had dinner and were leaving but it started to rain so we decided to stay there only for night. I couldn't sleep I was tossing on bed so decided to check on Aashna, if she is awake or still sleeping.

I went to her room she was sitting on bed and scrolling through her phone I sat next to her
Sanket - hey
Aashna -ohh. Hii I thought you left
Sanket - ya actually it started raining so we didn't.. how are you feeling now
Aashna - better...you know what mom dad are right I should move on
Sanket - yaa but what about this marriage thing
Aashna - umm..its just the thing that I don't know you more
Sanket - ya I understandcan..so can we take it slow and be friends?
Aashna - sure *smiling*
Sanket - I'm not sleepy, lets watch something
Aashna - okay, what do you wanna watch
Sanket - anything horror
Aashna - sure

We were sitting on the bed with blanket on us. We both were so engrossed in the movie that we didn't realise our close proximity. As the ghost passed the screen Aashna was so scared she tightly holded my hand. I looked at her but didn't bother to remove her hand from mine.

After sometime I looked at her, she was sleeping peacefully on my shoulder hloding my hand. I switched off the TV and was getting up but her grip was tight. I decided to stay there for sometime and then go back to my room

But I didn't realise when I too slept there. At night it was cold, so she hugged me I too hugged her
