CHAPTER 9

KUN POV

Today is our second week in New York City. PD called me very early, around 7 am he called me to his room. I went to the room that was told, I saw the PD as soon as I opened the door.

"Please, sit." PD said while pointing at the chair in front of him.

"You're calling me out so early in the morning," I said while sitting in the chair that had been provided. Just imagine no one has woken up at this time and he has ordered me to go to his room.

"There is a mission to be given to you." Said PD cut my complaint earlier.

"Oh, what is the mission?"

"Later we will have a game where the members will take the train to Los Angeles in pairs and because you won in the last episode then you can choose your own partner and you have to convince him/her to go to that train. Now you have to pack your suitcase because the others don't know yet that we are going to change cities. "

"So who will you choose as your partner?" PD continued

"Liu Yuxin," I answered without hesitation. There's no reason, I just want to make fun of the other members and I always want to be in a team with her since I haven't got the chance before.

"All right, you can go back to your room." Said the PD with a smile that I always got from the other people around.

I returned to my room and continued to sleep because 'someone' just calls me to work early in the morning.

YUXIN POV

We gathered in the hotel hall to film this day. I'm still very sleepy because I finally can fall asleep at 3 am. It's already become my habit to sleep early in the morning, also I just start to work on my new project so I need to catch up with a lot of things. Luckily for me I still can wake up on time even I'm feeling really sleepy right now, probably need to have some coffee in the cafeteria.

"We hope you rested well last night. Today's mission is done in pairs, Yuxin with Kun, Baby with Zheng Kai, Sha Yi with... "

"Alone" Cut Kun and was accompanied by the laughter of everyone. I don't know why but he's now becoming bubbly and I love to see that side of him, that means he's in relax states and his burden seems to be gone. Maybe that's because we in another country and it really feels like taking vacations.

"We welcome our guest today, Kong Xue'er!" Greeted the PD which was greeted with applause from everyone.

I know that today Xue'er has a job but I don't know that the job that she's saying is 'Keep Running', she didn't even tell me that she was coming to New York. Even though we have disbanded, all THE9 members are still in touch with each other, even all of them are still very active in the group chat and honestly, I can't catch up on all of it since I'm too busy.

We waited at the dining table in the hall and of course me with my coffee while waiting for the crew to place the camera in the car that was going to be used, today's car came late because we started shooting too early.

"You didn't say that you were coming here," I asked Xue'er as she sat next to me.

"If I said it wouldn't be called a surprise." She answers.

"What's your room number?" I asked

"Hah? Ah... that... "Xue'er replied with hesitation.

"Why are you nervous? I'm just asking which room you live in so I can go there later. "I said.

FLASHBACK.... (XUE'ER POV)

I was called by the PD to his room for a mission today.

"We will catch the train to Los Angeles on the mission later, the other members don't know about this so you have to convince your partner to come to the same train as yours."

"You can choose who you want to partner with ..."

"Does anyone have a partner yet?"

"No, you're the first to choose since you just arrived."

"I choose Sha Yi 老师 (lao shi)" I answered. If you ask why I didn't choose Yuxin, it's because I want Yuxin and Kun PD to be in a group and I think father Yi probably the best option out of all since he has these fatherly vibes. Half of you might know that I see a lot of their moment and I've been a KunXin shipper since YWY2, they always acted suspiciously and now they are recording the same program again after a long time so I decided not to disturb their moment...

"Okay, you can go to the dressing room to get ready and if you would like to know your suitcase has been put in the crew's car. Since you just came this morning and will be moving to another city later. We don't provide your room, you can head straight to the hall after you're done doing your make-up. " PD explained

"Ok PD, Bye ..."

END FLASHBACK ...

XUE'ER POV

Now I know why we started shooting so early... I should have just arrived a little bit later so I don't have to stuck in an awkward situation.

Now that I'm confused about Yuxin's question, I can't say that the PD doesn't provide me a room. (Guys don't get me wrong, she doesn't get a room because they need to change the city in a bit and not even spending the night in there. The PD is a good people.... 😂😂😂)

"I stay in a room with you, my suitcase was delivered to your room after you left earlier," I answered doubtfully.

"Ok, it's great if we share a room, we can chat until morning."

"Yuxin, do you want to stay up late again? You remember that you have to sleep early, look at your panda's eyes... you know I still can see it even though it's been covered. " I said since she already drink two cups of coffee and she looks so tired since morning. I know she stays up late because of work and always does but because of that work, she doesn't pay too much attention to her health.

"What was that? We are called to gather Xue'er, let's go over there. " Yuxin answered, trying to divert the topic. This kid is completely out of control...

Hi guys I'm back with a new chapter... Hope you all still reading the story and not getting bored of it.

Note: I don't know if you can take a train from New York to Los Angeles but just pretend you could ...
