Exam day.
Every genin was extremely excited but drowned in anxiety. No one knew what was going to happen. There where a lot of team in the exam room, Y/n Emi and Tsubami sat in the last row of the room examining the competition. The three of them where silent at first glance but where actually conversing telepathically through Y/n.
"That team, from the hidden rain village, they seem dangerous." Tsubami said
"Maybe they are maybe they aren't, we should be wary of every team not just a few we select."
"Y/n's right Tsubami. We can't trust anyone but our selves"
"How can we tell each other apart if someone transforms into one of us?" Tsubami asked
"I'm going to try to keep us telepathically connected for the exams but if I have to break it or I go unconscious we show each other this" Y/n pulled out little crystals as discreetly as possible and distributed them to her teammates
"Keep them out of sight and don't lose them. Each crystal is infused with my chakra and will light up when in contact with one another. The amount of chakra in the crystal is enough to heal a stab wound to the stomach, so if you are put in a position where you absolutely have to use it, swallow the crystal. There will be 2 bands left on your upper right arm that will light up like the crystals. The marks last 10 day but will disappear after." "Ok" "understood"
Her teammates answered.
Y/n pov:
"Listen up maggots!" Why isn't that a lovely way to be addressed.
"I'm your instructor for part 1 of the exams. This is a written test, all 10 questions will be answered in 1 hour but the last question will be given in the last 10 minutes of the exam. NO CHEATING IS PERMITTED. If I or anyone of the other instructors find you cheat your whole team is out of the exam." This doesn't seem to be to hard.
"Once the timer starts you may begin." Ok after a quick look over the questions they all seem to be to difficult for a regular genin. This exam is set up for where you have to cheat so their would be a few people in the crowd who actually know the answers, luckily I'm one of those people.
"Y/n I don't know the answers!" Emi whined over telepathy (most of their conversations during the chunin exams is over telepathy)
"I'm in the same predicament. I know none of these answers." Tsubami said
"I'll tell you all the correct answers in a second just let me write them down.
At this point the first part of the exam is not only a third if the way done and a little over half of the teams are already out. At least my teammates have the correct answers. I can have a little nap before the last question.
"It's time for the last question! I will warn you if you get this question wrong you aren't allowed to take the chunin exams ever again, so I'll give you one chance to walk out right now"
"Y/n we should lea..."
"Shut up" I said to Emi
"But.."
"Shut up! He's bluffing, the question is not hard at all he's just trying to weed out the weak minded from the ones who are ready to be Chunins" Emi didn't say anything for a second. "Ok" Damn, now I feel kind of bad for being rude
"Ok.... so now we have weeded out to the few teams who are ready. The question is.................what's 2+2?"
"Like I said Emi, it was a a bluff. I'm sorry for yelling at you."
" Now that the first section is finished reconvene at training ground 4 at 9 am for the next section of the exam. DISMISSED!"
