A Hunter's Nightmare

This is it...

7th February 10 am: I woke up with a spring in my step that morning and a smile on my face. I turned on my phone and noticed that I had received a text from Tom 30 minutes ago

'Good morning gorgeous, hope your looking forward to our fun packed day a head, sorry I can't tell you our plans just want to keep it a surprise for you, I should be getting to yours about 12, see you then. T x'

With a wider smile on my face I replied. 'Morning, I hope it's as fun as your claiming it to be :p, see you soon. A x'

I get out of bed and start my morning routine, shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, then brush my teeth and do my hair and make-up, it was when I eating my breakfast (a bacon sandwich of course) when Tom text me; 'Hey, just to let you know you might want to wear something that you are comfortable in, like running and stuff ;) T x' I looked down at my black and purple butterfly dress and burgundy tights, when I quickly ran back into my room to change into, turquoise jeans, combat boots, and a black and green Marvel top that said 'I am Loki of Asgard and I am Burden with Glorious Purpose; with a little Loki sitting on the throne of Asgard.

After carefully braiding my red hair and applying light make-up to my pale skin I heard a car beeping out side my house. I quickly ran to my bedroom window to see Tom carefully climbing out of his car, he looked up with a delicious smile on his face and his eyes burning with excitement, I smiled back and gave his a small wave. I walked to my parents room and opened to door to find out that that didn't come home from my aunts last night so I decided to leave a note saying that I should be back later but I will call them if plans changed.

I put on my deep blue Parker coat, grabbed my keys and bag made sure all windows and doors were locked and left. While I was locking the front door Tom came up behind me and hugged me around my waist and kissed my neck.

'Hello beautiful, you look nice today, and I must say you smell delicious', I could hear his smile when spoke. I span around to meet his gaze, I could feel my cheeks burning red, I smiled and thanked him, he took my hand and led me to his car where he opened the passenger side for me, after closing my door he walked around to his side and got in.

'So am I allowed to know where we are going yet' I asked him as he was pulling out of the parking space;

'I wish I could tell you but I do really want to surprise you' he put a reassuring hand on my knee smiled and kept driving. After 10 minutes of silence he told me that I was allowed to pick some music to listen to, after changing the radio station a few times I finally left it on a station that was playing 'Thinking out loud' by Ed Sheeran. It was just as a new song came on when Tom's phone started ringing, he plugged in his head phones and accepted the call.

'Hello Tom Speaking ..... Yes we are on our way, about 20 minutes tops, is everything ready' He took a quick glance at me, and smiled, that's when I realized that I had been staring at him since his phone call began, feeling a bit embarrassed I looked down at my lap and began thinking where we were going and what we were doing. 'Excellent, we shall see you soon' . As he ended the call he passed me his phone and asked me to wrap the head phones around it and place it in the glove compartment. 20 minutes passed of laughs and talking about topics ranging from comic con to work and even about what we'd like to happen in the future, Tom turned a narrow corner that closed off any sort of view by high bushes, for the next 5 minutes we sat in silence as I began to wonder where in the hell we were going, when we finanly reached a opening, but all I could see was a small path that led into a forest and a tall guy standing on the side waiting for us. I kept my eyes on Tom who seemed to be very focused and didn't pay attention to the worried look that washed over my face. As we parked up, Tom took me hand and looked at me, his eyes dark 'Alex I just want you to know that I really like you and that this will be a experiance for us both, well a first for me, but please don't look so frightened' he raised my hand to his lips and planted a small kiss on them. 'Can you tell me what we are doing here then' my eyes searched over his face and back into staring into his dreamy but now dark blue eyes. 'You will soon find out, would you like to leave your stuff here, I would hate for them to get broken' Doing what he says I place my phone into the glove compartment and tuck my bag behind my seat.

As we got out the car the tall man greeted us and shook Toms hand 'Hello again Tom, I'm guessing this is Alex, very nice to meet you I'm John' he reached out for my hand, I accepted and place my hand in his as I did he quickly gave it a small kiss. At that moment I felt Tom's hand on my waist pulling my closer against him. I looked up at him and saw that he was looking down at me, his eyes a mixture of blues and a hint of grey, 'Shall we then' John said as he pointed down the path, we both nodded and started walking down the shadowy path. Tom was walking in front of me out of ear shot talking to John, but every so often looking back to make sure I was still behind. All I could see was trees and all I could hear was the wind blowing against the branches and the occasional bird song, but after a 5 minute walk we came to a clearing where too more guys where standing, I started looking around and to my surprise I truely thought that this was possibly going to be an amazing day.
