Mike's "surprise" was actually a walk in the park, I couldn't believe how nice he was, on my defense Chloe only talked about he looked, never but his attitude, maybe it was because she never actually talked to him. In the park we talked about lots of things, first we talked about our summer vacation, he already knew half of it, but then I talked to him about my project. He actually liked it.
Mike: That's a great idea!
Me: Yeah sure! But I guess I won't finish it without Chloe. I will have to burn everything.
Mike: NO. I will finish it with you. And it will be even better then what you expect.
Me: We will see that!
Mike: Is that a dare Miss Red.
Me: It might be one!
And we started laughing. After that he told me about his summer, he was living in a little house alone because he's parents are in Italy and they didn't take him so he could get used to living alone.
Me: Well Mister Forever Alone, if it's better for you, you are welcome to come to MY amazing house every time you want.
Mike: GREAT! I will pack my things and come to live in with you this summer, it would be a pleasure.
Me: I never said you can move in for the summer!
Mike: But you just did.
He looked at me with his amazing green eyes and then gave me a puppy look, I couldn't say no.
Me: FINE! But if you bug me for one second, you're out before you can say goodbye!
Mike: I won't.
That walk made me forget all about Chloe and her message. Before I knew it I was helping Mike unpack his stuff and put them in the clothed, I was getting crazy. I needed to think about everything. I let Mike end his unpacking alone and went next to the pool. It was a hot summer night, the sky was darker than in the park and the sun was starting to hide behind the ocean, the view was amazing. I was thinking about everything, about Chloe and Loretta, did they really love me. They left me alone. And was it a right choice to let Mike come here for the summer, he was just a friend and a just needed someone to make me feel better.
At that moment I felt someone behind me, I turned around and it was Mike looking at me and smiling, he smile was so perfect you could forget everything and get hypnotize just by looking at it for minutes.
Mike: What are you doing? I finished unpacking, what do you want me to do to cheer you up. The view is amazing from here, I could stand here and watch the sunset for hours.
Me: I am just thinking about everything. Was Chloe a good friend, after what she did to me I think I was wrong about her.
Mike: She isn't mean. Just look, she went with her parents because she had to move out anyway, and she gave you what you wanted what is so bad about that?
Me: Yeah you're right. I shouldn't be made at her, I should be happy for her. Anyway, we really need to choose your clothe for your party tomorrow.
Mike: Ohhhh.... About the party, canceled it, I did it for you, I am in cheer up mode right now so I better not go to that thing. What do you want to do? Look at a movie of take a swim.
I got upstairs to put my swim suit and he did the same thing, when we finished wearing our swim suits we raced each other to the pool and he let me won. We took a long swim and when we finished we sat down in front of the pool to dry. He had the body of a god and he's hair looked even prettier wet. We started talking, I realized that he always knows a way to make me smile and feel better.
Mike: You're a great swimmer, you almost defeated me. And I am the best swimmer in the school.
Me: I am a professional swimmer just to tell you! You should be surprised that I didn't beat you. I think it's because of the incident his morning.
After we were dry enough he pushed me inside, putted a funny movie in the player, will I was making some popcorn. We didn't sleep a second of the night, but I didn't felt that great in years.
