so you can adopt these, here are the conditions.
-Only one each, and don't fight :<
-They are offer-to-adopt, because I did spend time making them and will design the dragon well (hopefully lol)
-you cannot use these palettes freely. The only people who may use them are the owners of the palette.

when asking for one, just tell me the number and the thing you are going to offer.
If you are doing a basefill/drawing/ref or anything like that as an offer, you can do it after i'm finished making the dragon, in case you don't like it.
The actual dragons may take a couple days to make.
