Chapter 3. Tartarus

Shoto thought out what he needed to do. Tartarus was an extremely high security prison, do he would need to be creative to get All For One out. He also considered that he would need to preserve the body since the machines kept him alive. Shoto had an idea. He started by coming up with a disguise. Todoroki got a Black, long sleeved shirt and sweatpants. He put on black dress shoes, comfortable enough to move around still. He rolled up his sleeves and wrapped his lower arms and hands with a white gauze, then put on black gloves and fixed his sleeves. He had long black socks on that came to his knees. Then, he put on a hairnet with a black beanie and a scarf under that covering his entire neck. Currently, the only visible part of his body was his eyes and upper face, but the burn made it a dead giveaway. He went into his sister's Makeup cabinet and covered his entire face with a tan base, an attempt to hide his burn and skin tone, then putting on sunglasses.
Now suited up, Shoto took it all off and hid it. He went to someone who would help him with his next step, Mei Hatsume. He had called her while preparing the disguise, asking for a strap he can put on his back and attach civillains he saves to. She used suction technology so people wouldn't fall out of place.
Shoto picked it up, thanking her. On his way to Tartarus, he put the same disguise back on. Shoto put the strap on his back, arriving near Tartarus. He assumed the range of the cameras to come to about 50 feet away, so that is where he stopped.
Shoto inhaled, then did something he didn't want to do, but knew was necessary. A fire covered his body as he was coated in flames. Now engulfed in flames, Shoto sped through the fifty feet of surveillance and incinerated a wall. Looking in, he saw he was in the back of Muscular's cell. Looking at the titan for a second, he put his firey hands together, shooting ice, melting immidiatly to fire a water beam. The pressure shot a massive hole in the cell door, since Shoto wasn't detained. He walked through the jail, looking for All For One as Muscular walked out the hole in the back. Armed cops came towards Shoto, who had a layer of ice under the fire, so the bullets wouldn't hit his skin. He charged through the armed forces, towards his goal. Shoto then shot ice in every direction, making the only exit being the entrance near him and All for One was the ceiling. He ripped all the machines off the criminal, shooting ice at him to freeze over the body.
Confused, the madman decided to not do anything since he was being broken out. All For One was strapped to Shoto's back when frozen, then Todoroki shot a beam of fire upwards.
The beam incinerated the roof, him now flinging himself up with Ice. He hated his fire quirk, but it was absolutely needed for one last time if he wanted to permanently remove it. Using the ice, he raised himself. Shoto ran at full speed once he had All For One, having used the water beam before so he wasn't a suspect. They would have to look with someone with a multi elemental quirk since he isn't listed with a water ability. Shoto ran far away from Tartarus with a wanted criminal on his back, then arrived near UA. Shoto took off his disguise and got wraps from his bag, covering the criminal besides his forehead in them. Shoto defrosted only a hand, asking Recovery Girl to heal him, at least partially.
"I found this man in a paralyzed state and don't want to unwrap him as a precaution. Please help him heal so I can take him to his home."
Recovery Girl hesitates, then accepts, kissing the open hand. Shoto quickly takes All For One into a cave, setting him down.
The villain is defrosted and breaks out of the wraps, now his body in a condition where it can survive without machines. All For One looks to see Shoto exhausted, barely standing. He recognised him as one of the students from UA Shigaraki mentioned.
"Why on Earth did you free me?" He asked, aware he is currently in a better place then Shoto stamina wise.
"I need to get rid of my fire. I don't care if my ice freezes my body, but I need to get rid of my father's power." He said, desperately. All For One smirked, knowing exactly what he needed to do. He told Shoto that he had a quirk stored up that allows the user to control their own body temprature. He stole it two generations ago and kept it, but never had a use. He decided it was time to pass it on. "Shoto Todoroki, if you pledge your allegiance to me and become a member of the league of villains, I will grant you this power and remove your fire. To prove yourself, all you must do is bring me the head of a hero."
