Shoto stood before All For One. He knealed down, the villain holding his hand above Shoto's head. Todoroki's hair rose up, his entire body engulfing in flames. His eyes blackened, the red fading from his hair. Shoto's pupils dissapeared as the red remaining in his hair turned to a dim color, then shaprened to a grey. The flame transfered from his body to the body of All For One, then vanishing. Shoto's eyes closed as he stood up, then he opened them to reveal his red pupils. All For One smirked. "Well young Todoroki, how do you feel?"
Shoto covered both his hands in ice, testing the new quirk. His body didn't freeze, he warmed it up as he used this. Now the only restraint on his ice was stamina, a drawback that he was fine with. "I feel amazing, but I refuse to use the name Todoroki, what is your last name, sir?" He asks, All For One have been a better role model in the past day then Endeavor in over a decade. "Well, if you don't like your name, you may use mine. I must warn you, this is a name known as a bad one. It is feared across Japan" Shoto looks at him with a nod of approval. "I'm ready to take on a new identity, I am no longer the son of Endeavor." All For One nods, a huge smile across his face. "Well then, I shall take you under my wing as I did with Tomura, your new name shall be Shoto Shimo Shigaraki." Shoto nodded, abandoning his old name. He realized that being a hero was his father's dream, not his. He made a decision that he was unsure of at first, wanting to keep some of his hero qualities.
"All For One, Might I suggest you add me to the League Of Villains? My new brother and I have some catching up to do."
All For One quickly responds to this request, giving him a plan. Since they are assets, he suggested Shoto break Kirugiri and the first Nomu free from the jail. Shoto nodded, immidiatly turning. All For One stopped him, handing him a small device, then Shoto left.
He used his ice to cover his feet, jumping as wings made of ice sprouted from his back. Shoto used these to glide over a forest, landing not too far from the jail. He inhaled, the wings vanishing, then exhaled, making 2 long Ice Claws from his elbow down and covered his lower face in Ice so he wouldn't be recognised. He barged in, slicing the cell doors.
Shigaraki unhinged the Nomu and Kirugiri, playing a recording on the device. It was in All For One's voice, saying "Listen to this child." Shoto then told them to come with him, so they followed Shoto all the way back to All For One.
The mastermind was impressed, smiling. He took the Nomu, bringing him to the Nomu Factory. As he left, he told Kirugiri to bring Shoto to Tomura. Nodding, Kirugiri warped them.
Twice, Spinner, Himiko Toga, Mr Compress, and Tomura Shigaraki were having a meeting in an abandoned hotel. Kirugiri appeared out of thin air with Shoto, who had Ice covering the half of his face with his burn, so he wouldn't be easily recognized. Tomura Shigaraki was confused, seeing Kirugiri with a new ally.
"My name is Shimo Shigaraki, the newest apprentice of All For One, and I would like to join the League of Villains," he said. Shoto didn't tell them his first name since last time they met, he was fighting them.
The League knew they didn't have much of a say in this if All For One really sent this man, so Shigaraki introduced them.
"Welcome, this is the League of Villains. If you are really planning on joining us, let's introduce ourselves. This is Spinner, his quirk is Gecko. This here is Mr Compress and-" Shigaraki gets interrupted by Mr Compress himself, saying a Magician never shares his secrets. Tomura continues with "now here we have Twice, his quirk being double. Himiko Toga over here can transform when drinking blood. Dabi isn't here right now, but his quirk is like that jerk Endeavor, but stronger flames. I'll assume you've already met Kirugiri. Last but cirtainly not least is me, Tomura Shigaraki. I can decay opponents with a single touch."
Shoto is surprised, he already knew of the league, but he didn't know thry were this tough. "What about your giant friend or the Nomu?" He asked, remembering rumors of Gigantomachia, who Shigaraki then told him about.
"My name is Shoto Shimo Shigaraki. My quirk is Ice, I can create and control Ice. It sounds average at first, but it has extreme potential if used correctly, like how I use it."
Tomura figured each member should have a meeting with Shimo to decide how worthy he is, and to better understand him. First, Toga met with him. Shoto talked to her for a bit, giving her a small, red ice cube. He told her it is his blood frozen, so she put it in a vial to melt. After he had an uncomfortable conversation with a psychopath who thinks she should transform into those she loves, Shoto met Twice. Shoto was extra kind to Twice, curious of his abilities. Shoto and Twice talked for a while, Twice telling him about how he doesn't duplicate himself. Shoto talked to all of them, eventually finishing his final meeting with Shigaraki.
"Well if we've got the same last name I presume we're sort of brothers, eh Shimo? Actually with a quirk like that, you deserve a name that strikes fear. Welcome to the League, Frost-Breaker"
