Next day

The sunshine inside Krist's room made him giggle, he has always loved the sunlight a lot. As he noticed singto walking out of the shower he smiled at him making his heart skip a beat at the sight of his dimple

"Planning to kill me?" Singto asked

"No" Krist replied chuckling

"Aren't you getting ready?" Singto asked

"I will, after a while" Krist said

"It's already 8, when will you have a bath?" Singto asked

"I will have it later, you come and sit here" krist said

Nodding singto sat beside Krist, before Krist could even utter a word muffing jumped onto singto's lap gaining his attention, krist pouted at the scene

"I called you here, not her" Krist said

"I know kit, tell me what happened?" Singto asked focussing on muffin

"Talk to me or her" Krist said

"Kit come on now, you can't be jealous of your own cat" singto said placing muffin back on the floor and turning to krist

"I can be, you don't listen to me" Krist pouted

"Come on, I do" singto said

Krist pout was maintained

"OK fine, tell me what is it?" Singto asked pecking Krist's pout

"I am a little nervous" Krist admitted as he slowly got up to sit on singto's lap

"And why is that? Aunty is helping us too na? Don't worry kit" singto said as he wrapped his hands around Krist's waist

"I know that, but I also know my dad, he is really stubborn" krist said

"He is your dad after all" singto whispered

"Said something?" Krist asked

"I just said that worrying won't result in anything, let's just try na" singto covered up kissing krist on the cheek

"OK, I will have a shower now, we can then go for breakfast" krist said getting off singto's lap walking towards the washroom

And singto immediately lift muffin, who happily meowed. And Pluto was still sleeping in the corner of the room waiting for his p'krist 

At the breakfast table

Everyone was ready for the breakfast, and the good thing was, Krist's father was there too. Although he was ignoring the presence of both krist and singto, the boys couldn't be less happy. Krist's mother was trying to start a conversation every now and then, helping the boys in the best way she could

"Mom is the food spicy?" Krist asked

"Yeah krist, we all eat spicy food" Krist's mother replied

"But p'sing doesn't, I told you earlier" krist said

"Oh right, I forgot about it" Krist's mother apologized

"Its OK aunty, I will manage" singto said not wanting to cause trouble

"What will you manage, you are allergic to spice" krist reminded

"Is it? Wait for a minute singto I will make you something" Krist's mother said

"Its OK mom, I will make his breakfast, you don't worry" krist said getting up

"Sure Krist?" Krist's mother asked

"Yes mom" krist said smiling and walked to the kitchen

Both singto and Krist's mother looked at Krist's father from the corner of their eyes, but his face was blank as if he didn't hear anything

"I will go help him" singto said and walked to the kitchen

"Do you want anything else?" Krist's mother asked

"No" came a short reply from her husband

In the kitchen

"He didn't react even a bit" singto said as he sat on the counter

"I told you, he is stubborn" krist reminded

"Well was this your plan of which I wasn't aware?" Singto asked

"No it wasn't, mom really forgot about it" krist said

"Well doing this was not required, I could have managed" singto said

"Shut up will you?" Krist asked

"No I won't, its causing you trouble na kit? Your food is getting cold outside" singto said

"Its OK, I will reheat it" Krist replied

"You know what?" Singto asked

"What?" Krist asked

"I love you" singto said kissing Krist's cheek

"I love you too p'singto" krist replied with his dimpled smile

"My kiss?" Singto pouted

Chuckling, Krist kissed both singto's cheeks and he smiled

"How much I missed your kisses" singto admitted

"Come on now, your food is ready" Krist said

Nodding both of them walked out only to find Krist's father missing

"He left" Krist's mother said

Both the boys sighed

"Its OK, better luck next time" Krist's mother said

Both of them nodded with a smile
