What are you afraid of?

Today is the fourth of July. I woke up at around 10:15 am so I got ready and I ate some breakfast and I hopped on my bike and I went to meet up with Stan at his house. I knew that I am going to be bombarded with questions by Stan's parents, but who knows what will happen. I knocked on the door and I saw Stan. I said to him ¨ Hey lover boy how are you?¨ Stan said ¨ Hey lover girl I am fine. How are you?¨ I said ¨ I am fine. Lets go.¨ We then went to the ally that is near the pharmacy and we waited for about 2 minutes before the rest of the losers showed up. We all then ended up talking about the missing kids except for Eddie and Richie. Eddie was getting ice cream and Richie he was messing with some band kid's tuba. I then started to block out the noise from everywhere for a little while then I heard Bill say ¨ every 27 years.¨ Bill said ¨ We need to talk. Let's go to the park.¨ 

We all then went to the road to the park it took about ten minutes to get there. We all sat around a bench I had my head on Stan's knee and we talked about our fears. We also came up with a theory that IT comes out for a year to eat kids then it goes to sleep for 27 years. Mikes said ¨ My grandfather thinks this town is cursed, he says that all the bad things that happen in this town are because of one thing. An evil thing that feeds off the people of Derry.¨ I looked up and I saw Stan's face he looked really scared and he looked like he was debating over something. Stan then said ¨ But it can't be one thing. We all saw something different.¨ Mike said ¨ Maybe or maybe it knows what scares us most and that is what we see.¨ Eddie said ¨ I saw a leper. It was like a walking infection.¨ I said ¨ I saw a doll covered in blood.¨ Stan said ¨ But you didn't because IT isn't real, none of this is. Not Eddie's leper, or Bill seeing Goerge, the doll Y/n saw, or the women I keep seeing.¨ Richie being Richie he asked ¨ Is she hot?¨ Stan said angrily ¨ No Richie she is not hot. Her face is all messed up, none of this makes any sense. They are all like bad dreams.¨ Mike however disagreed he said ¨ I know the difference between real life and bad dreams.¨ Eddie asked Mike ¨ What did you see? Did you see something too?¨ Mike said  ¨ Yes you guys know the brunt down house on Harris Avenue. I was inside when it burned down before I was rescued my parents were trapped in the next room over from me. They were pushing and pounding on the door trying to get to me but it was too hot. When the fireman finally found them, the skin on their hands had melted down to the bone. We all are afraid of something.¨ Richie said ¨ Got that right.¨ Eddie asked Richie ¨ Alright Rich what are you afraid of?¨ Richie said ¨ Clowns.¨ Bill said to all of us  ¨ We need to take a closer look at this lets. We need to go to my house.¨ While we were talking I could hear everyone's voice they all were scared to talk about their fears. After that we left for Bill's house. Little did we know this summer is going to get way more fucked up not only because of Bowers and his gang but also because of something much more out of this world than Bowers.
