Deku spent the next few days mostly sleeping and drinking water. At one point, he had a small fever, but Todoroki quickly fixed that. Everyone basically revolved around Deku until he went back to school. He spent most of the time trying to apologize and trying to be independent way too quickly. The flickering went away once he wasn't sick, anymore. Deku kept seeing all of the former wielders of OFA in his dreams until it stopped.
