" Lorenzo " I Thought You Loved Me

Chapter 17

Natalie's pov

" Bella please say something " Lorenzo  said because I wasn't answering to any of his excuses. I mean he said it was his moment of weakness that he couldn't control himself blah blah , that was total bullshit and I knew it.

" Okay Lorenzo , answer this one question and then I will talk to you " I said
" Ask anything I will answer honestly" he said
I smirked before saying " you had sex before you came to this event right , with who "

He just looked at me with wide eyes and I really didn't have time for so I walked away . I couldn't help it but feel hurt again , I actually wanted to believe and forgive him as we swayed to the music until I noticed the fresh hickey on his neck and the lipstick smudge on his collar. He really thought that he could play me , his such a jerk .

" Who had the guts to make princess Natalie angry " Lucas said as he held my hand.
I smiled at him because just like that I felt lighter , he really was magical.
" You look beautiful Natalie " he said making me blush a little
" Thank you , you look handsome too , not that you were not already handsome ummm what I mean is .."
I rumbled until I felt his lips on mine .

I stood there frozen , I didn't even kiss him back . I regained myself after a few seconds and kissed him back. The kiss was short and sweet , it wasn't anything like the one I had with me Lorenzo but I still enjoyed it. He smiled at me as we went to sit down.
" I would like to know more about Natalie that's of coarse if she doesn't mind " Lucas whispered to me

" Honestly the nothing much to know but okay , Natalie is 24 and she's studying medicine. She was born in South Africa and came to Italy four years ago . She works at a small bakery in Milan when she's not at school. That's pretty much it " I said smiling

" It's not princess Natalie anymore but Doctor Natalie . You are amazing because you are not only beautiful but you have the brains " he stated looking charming as ever . Our conversation was so interesting that I didn't notice when Mia , Xander and Leo had joined us .
" Guys this is Lucas and Lucas these are my charming friends" I said
" It's an honor to finally meet the guy that had Natty over here smiling all day yesterday " Xander said grinning at me

I was totally gonna get him back for this . After everyone laughed at me , new topics about life were brought to the table and we had a lot of fun. It was nearly the end of the event when my name was called to the stage . At first I thought I heard wrong because they were auctioning beautiful women there and I had not signed up. A beautiful waitress walked up to our table and asked me to follow her .

As I neared the stage I could feel the sweat building up in my palms ' ohh shit I was going to be auctioned , what if no one wants me ' I thought as I went onto the stage .
" Please welcome beautiful Natalie to the stage , who would like to go on a 24hr date with Natalie here , she's 24 and she's studying medicine  to become a doctor too " the fat guy on stage announced .
" Okay so we going to start at 20 000 Euros " he announced , I just kept smiling but deep down I was dreading all of this .

I zoned out as people kept bidding until that stupid voice I hate so much boomed through the hall .
