Thursday, 8:00 amI watch the dead body at the crime scene. It's a woman in her 30s.
"It's him again." Seokjin tells me as both of us watch the forensic team do their work on the body before they take it to the lab.
"The pattern?" I ask.
"The same. We found her car a couple blocks away. There's no sign of any struggle in there but we found some expensive stuffs in the trunk. She stole it and was running away when this happened." Detective Seokjin tells me, making me frown.
"The murderer killed her... Just because she stole something? That was too much... Up until now, every victim did some heinous act but this woman..." I sigh.
Then I look at all the reporters asking questions to some policemen, taking pictures and reporting to the camera. I notice Jimin with his crew and frown when I hear him saying-
"As you can see, a woman in her 30s who's identity is still unknown is found dead. Once again, the dead body is found drained out of blood. It's pale, veins are popped out and her screaming expression of right before she died, tells she was in pain while the murderer killed her. But this time, we have some theories. And the most popular amongst all of them is that... The killer is... Inhumane. He's a vampires."
" Fuck this guy!" Seokjin curses and hurries over to Jimin and snatches his mic."That's bullshit. Don't believe in whatever you hear. The investigation is progressing and we're close to catching the culprit. Now close the camera."
When the camera turns off, Jimin shouts," you ruined my take!"
" Then don't spit bullshit on television, Jimin. That was ridiculous!"
Jimin rolls his eyes and walks over to me while some other reporters surround Seokjin with questions.
"You're still on over with that theory?" I ask Jimin.
"Can't you see the body in front of your eyes? Look at her! There's not a single drop of blood in her body! What human can do that?"
This time, I have nothing to say to him.
Thursday, 5:00 pm
After moving from one house to another with Jimin, we finally visit every single 'non-criminal's' home. And unsurprisingly, all of them have done something bad and haven't been caught. Now we're sure about the pattern.
We rest at a bar for a couple drinks when I get a text from Yoongi hyung.
Hyung: Leaving tomorrow.
Me: Coming in 20.
I finish my drink and look at Jimin. "Can you drop me to Yoongi Hyung?"
He grins. "With pleasure."
Soon, we arrive at Hyung's hotel and Jimin excitedly knocks on the door.
" You were just supposed to drop me, idiot." I whisper.
" Shut up, Jungkook"
Hyung opens the door and doesn't look surprised to see Jimin. We come in and he offers drinks.
"He tagged along." I tell hyung.
"I know. The security told me." Hyung tells us as he pours wine in three fancy glasses.
Of course. The security. Yoongi hyung is the CEO of a multimillionaire company. His bodyguards never leaves him. I bet they're standing in the hallways, down at the main hall, the front gate, as well as around the hotel. I live a simple life, but Hyung's life on the other hand is very complicated.
