(Maleficent's POV)
Today is the day. The day that my revenge will begin. When Aurora's parents didn't invite me to her christening I cursed a newborn. When my own daughter didn't invite me to her wedding she's gonna get more than a petty curse. She's going to have to watch Auradon fall right before her eyes. Starting with Beasty Boy. I let him have her 5 years ago, and he had the audacity to 'forget' to invite me. Like, seriously. I thought people in Auradon were supposed to be nice. And Mal. I gave birth to her for Hades's sake! She wouldn't be in the position that she's in right now if it wasn't for me. She's 21 now. Her birthday is July 18th. I can still remember the day so clearly. Then again that might be because I have scars all over my stomach from childbirth. Anyway, in just a few minutes I will be in Auradon. Just a few minutes. And then that's it. My daughter will regret the day she ever dared to disappointed her mommy.
(Mal's POV)
I am stood opposite Ben in the church. This church means a lot to me because it was in this very room that I chose good over evil. As Ben is saying his vows I can only feel more overwhelmed. Also, I invited my mother but she doesn't seem to have shown up. I don't know, maybe she didn't receive the invitation or something. The Isle of the Lost isn't a very trustworthy place. As Ben finishes I hear the vicar speaking my own name. 'Do you, Mal Bertha, take Benjamin Florian to be your lawfully wedded husband?' He questioned as Ben looked at me worriedly. I was certain of my answer. I loved Ben with all of my heart, and there was nothing that could take me from him. 'I do.' But just as I married my husband a huge green puff of smoke appeared before my eyes.
