Different but alike | hisoillu

chapter 14

(the next day 7pm, battle location)

Chrollo, Silva, Hisoka and Illumi arrived there one hour earlier as they'd agreed the previous day. They took some time to discuss the way they were gonna attack and, around 30 minutes before Chrollo's dad was supposed to arrive, the Hisoka and Illumi hid around the abandoned building, leaving Silva there to look like he was waiting for his enemy. Chrollo went outside the building to announce everyone when his father was approaching the area.

Time: 19:52

Chrollo saw his dad coming from far away as he stormed inside letting out a loud whistle to warn everyone about the enemy as he went to hide together with the other 2 kids.

Time: 19:59

A loud bang could be heard from the East. The man broke the wall as he stormed inside the building heading towards Silva. He dodged his attack and managed to hit him, making him slam his back into a wall. Illumi jumped from the 1st floor right onto him. Illlumi cut off one of his arms as he the stood next to his father. The man slowly got up trying to ignore the bleeding coming from his arm. His face was now red in anger. He noticed that Illumi was alive and he realized that Chrollo didn't kill him. But he thought his son just made a mistake and didn't notice that the boy was still breathing. He couldn't think about the possibility of his son betraying him.

He went to attack the two again but Chrollo jumped in front of them to protect them as Hisoka appeared from behind him and threw two cards cutting his nape open. The man fell down as he was bleeding aggressively and looked at Chrollo. He looked at his father who was nearly dead and tried his best to keep a poker face.

C: I'm sorry d-

The man used his last bit of power to lift a metal spear as he stabbed Silva's chest with it. Right after that he gave his last breath. The 3 kids screamed in fear as they hurried to b ring Silva to the hospital. As they arrived he lost his consciousness and the nurses quickly brought his into the surgery room. He still had a pulse which meant the spear had missed his heart but he still didn't have a high chance of survival.

The 3 sat down in the waiting room. Chrollo was scared, Illumi was crying and Hisoka....ummm Hisoka was Hisoka. After a long 6 hours of waiting, a doctor opened the door and walked towards the 3. They all looked at him as he was approaching. Hisoka was holding Illumi's hand tightly. The boy was shaking and had a bad feeling about the news.

sorry for the short chapter and sorry for not uploading in so long. I am still kinda busy but i promise i will start writing longer chapters as soon as i have enough time. Plus summer break is here and i will be out a lot. But i promise to upload at least 3 chapters in a week.
