In Sokovia you were known as the barons girlfriend but in three hours that was All going to change.I

You were already in front of a mirror in your wedding dress. You stood on a stool as A few women made adjustments to your dress.

A year ago:

You both were on a trip talking to another country about an alliance. You were with Zemo because they would not allow him to enter with out you, the country viewed women as an accessory and Zemo was not at all happy.

Throughout the trip his jaw was clenched but he kept strong because as a baron he needed to be tough and so did you.

"So we both agree on the borders and exchange commission?"

"Yes Baron"

They packed up the paper work and sighed papers to officially open up two borders so that the poorer people would get aid until poverty was leveled. Zemo suggested to make this deal after he saw the people who lived at the other side of the country's border. The person he shook hands with was shady but he was doing this because of trading and money and in return he would help his people.

They shook hands and took a picture to post in the news papers.

I looked over at a woman in the corner and she looked numb, and when ever the guy called her over she obediently followed.

I was about to walk over and ask if she was okay but Zemo stopped me.

"Don't"

"Why"

"It's just better if we do not meddle with other peoples customs"

"it's not fair"

"I know. why do you think I have a secret movement that will take over?"

"I love you"

"I love you more"

You both turned after talking a bit more with the government officials, you could not say much but You took great interest in the scientific community that showed up. After all You were a really big scientist that still worked with big corporations from time to time.

"Women can't possibly be scientists"

You over heard a man say in a white lab coat. Zemo smiled from across the room watching as you wondered over, he knew what You were going to say and he was amused taking a sip of champagne.

"Sorry excuse me boys" You said flashing your identification badge of class 1 science official.

"That's fake" he laughed

"Oh yeah test me"

You both were asked many questions, in your profession you got them all right and he left ashamed. You laughed as Zemo walked over with a big grin "that's my girl"

He snaked his arm around you and kisses you on the cheek he did not care that the scientists were looking at both of you oddly in german he whispered "I would not even trust them to teach basic science in our schools"

You both chuckled

The next day
You were out in the town helping people giving them food and blankets and talking to kids.

Zemo was talking to a nice family while you helped out a family of four. You have them: towels, blankets, water, food packages, soap and the basic necessities. The children smiled when you presented them each with toys that come from Sokovia.

"Thank you miss"

"No problem but make sure you share these....these are my boyfriends favorite sweets, Turkish delight"

"Of course"

Zemo in the distance was handing out blankets and clothes to a crowd of people. A man came up to you and thanked you for saving his family from starvation and even hugged you. He picked up his daughter after and twirled her around calling her precious.

"You should be out on a leash"

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me, women are a sickness nothing good about them"

The man now in your view was the head government official. The one that Zemo made the deal with.

"A sickness? the only sickness that I see is you. You poison this land, look at your people. They stand starving and here you are with your triple chin you have no idea what it feels like to starve and wish for your family to live through it and be warm."

"You women are all the same"

Zemo walked over "do you know who you are talking to?"

"Yeah a woman" he spat

"No you are talking to my wife. I would apologize before you start a war. This woman is smart and an amazing person gender means nothing. But what I find really disappointing is that you came out of one and you are degrading her, your own mother who is a woman."

This shut him up, the woman off in the distance broke her silence and stood up for her self.

"I am done, done with you. "

A few months after she became the head government official and made the country the best it has ever been.

At the end of the trip we flew back on the private jet and landed in Sokovia.

"Hey what did you mean by wife back there"

"I ment this: will you Y\N be my Baroness, lead this country with me and be my wife, be my strength and my life?"

"Yes....yes yes "

It was filled with happy tears and laughter as I could not believe it.

Memories flashed before the mirror and soon I was brought back. My dress looked wonderful, there was so much lace it was elegant.

I was taken in a carriage, it was golden and many people waved from the outside. The ride up was enchanting I felt just like a princess I had nine years of STEM to be a scientist and now I am part of the royal family.

I got out of the carriage and met up with Zemo.
