It's been a week since I've been staying with Annie, and honestly I thought we were getting along very well until today....I don't know what's up with her but somethings wrong and she won't tell me
"Ann's-." Before I can finish she walked out the door. I sighed and continue to learn how to cook by myself...
~ Annies Perspective ~
I went out to get some stuff that'll make me feel better, I know I can just ask Johnny but right now I despise him
A few hours later I came back to the apartment where Johnny had finished cooking, half the food was burnt and half of it was fine
"You need to rest" He says as he walks up to me "and what's up with you, you've been ignoring me the whole day!"
I stayed silent and sat down
"Can you at least act like you're fine with me" He said while he sat down in front of me
I looked down at the food and started to grab my fork and play with it "I read your journal"
He looks at me in shock "why would you go through my stuff-."
Before he could start talking again, I cut him off "I didn't, you left it open and I couldn't help it"
The room was pretty silent after that, until Johnny broken the silence
"I don't get what the big deal is" He says while looking up at me
"I thought you were being nice because you've changed" I said as I looked up at him
"I am!" He says defending himself
"The only reason why you've been so sweet is because you think if you are sweet and can prove to me that you can be a good dad I'll want to be with you"
He stayed silent for a minute and then started talking
"You're my step sister, I would never want to be with you, I just want to be in the baby's life!"
I looked away from Johnny
"...ok...you can be in the baby's life" I said as his face glows up in excitement, except I wasn't done talking "IF you get out of my life until the baby's born"
I watched his big smile faded away "w-what? But I want to help you"
"You being in the baby's life means you'll permanently be in my life so I want to spend time without you before that happens" I said as I started eating
"Who's going to take care of you then" he asked
"I can take care of myself, and if I don't want to cook I can order in"
He stayed silent, I can tell he didn't know what to say
