Chapter 10

Birthday Kiss?

~ Annies Perspective ~

It was still Johnnys birthday and everyone was drinking except for me...I was still pregnant so I couldn't...

My thoughts were interrupted by Johnny walking over to me and sitting next to me

"You just can't leave me alone can you" I said as I was looking away from him

"I feel bad, you're alone" he says

"I like being alone" I said

"So...it's my birthday...and you haven't gotten me anything so...you can give me a kiss as your gift!"

I glared at him "No"

"Look- I'll do anything just give me a chance!" Johnny says as he looks me in the eyes

I ignored him because if I kept talking to him he wouldn't shut up

"I don't even know why your mad at me, I'm literally apologizing to you for no reason! You're the one being cruel"

I rolled my eyes and turned my face to look at him "we aren't going to repeat this same conversation that we had at the hospital and then you go and try to make things better"

"Why don't you want to get along with me" I asked

I didn't answer that question...I knew exactly why I don't want to get along with him...

He rolled his eyes and walked away from me. I felt pain in my stomach again so I laid, the pain started to get worse and worse. I reached over to get the pain killer but I dropped them

"Fuck!" I said as I tried picking them up until I saw another hand reach other and get them. I looked up and it was Johnny

"Here..." he says as he gives me the pain killers. I didn't say anything, not even a thank you

"...you want me to get you wate-." Before he finished I interrupted him

"I'm fine" I said looking away from him

He walked away from me and a minute later he came back with water "I told you I was fine" I say glaring at him

"I know, but I can tell you need water, you just don't want to say it because you're acting like you hate me" He said as he put the water down

I waited for him to leave and then I quickly drank the water

"You know you don't have to act like you hate him" Jayden says as she sits down

"I have to"

"What if he actually does love you, you are pregnant with his kid so it wouldn't be a bad idea for you to be with him" Jayden said

"He already ruined my life, I don't need him to make it worse"

I was eavesdropping on Annies conversation because I couldn't help it, I know staying away from Annie may be better for the both of us but I can't help it...I want to be with her every second I'm alive
