--------

'Those old memories....They seem so clear in my eyes...'

"Haha! You can't catch me, nana boo boo!"

"Hey, slow down!"

"Hey, Kazuki! Looky, looky!" A little 6 year old girl said running to a window of beautiful paintings and more art and crafts than you can imagine. She pressed her little child-like face to the window, trying to look closer and closer in the shop.

"Hm? What is it, Scarlet? What are you looking at?" Said another child about the same age as the little girl. He looked in the window to the little shop as well. "Woooow! They're all so pretty!" He said with a bright smile then pointed at a little trinket box in the store.

"See that one, Scarlet?" Said Kazuki.

She nodded. "The little box. What about it?"

"When we get married, I'll buy you that box and so many more pretty things!" He replied with a smile. Scarlet blushed a little at Kazuki and kissed his cheek. "You're so sweet, Kazuki!"

He gave a little childish giggle. "Ewwww! Germs!" Kazuki said rubbing his cheek.

"10....11....12...13....14....15....," the counting continued while the other kids hid. "16....17...18....19...20! Ready or not, here I come!" Yelled Kazuki as he ran around the park looking for everyone.

"Hehe! He won't find me here." Whispered Scarlet quietly. As soon as she turned, Kazuki pinned her to the tree.

"Ah! Kazuki, you found me!" She said giggling. "You're so good at this game!" She said getting out of his grasp.

"Come on, lets look for the others!" Kazuki said taking Scarlet's little hands and running around looking for everyone else.

"Ah....Such memories when we were little...."

"It's been such a long while since then...." Scarlet said laying her head on the table of her sewing machine, playing with the thread of her dress.

She got up from her seat and stretched. "Maybe I should just go out for a walk." She mumbled slipping on a couple of clothes.

"The dress can wait until tonight." She turned off the machine and set off outside.

The air smelled lovely and it looked beautiful outside....Until it rained.

"Darn it! I left my umbrella in the house...!" Scarlet said getting soaked and wet from the rain. She sighed. "Oh well...."

"Hey, do need a umbrella?" Said a voice.

Scarlet looked up at the person who was about a few inches taller than him, yet looked so familiar.

"Ah, sure." She said with a smile. "Thanks, dude." She said taking the umbrella.

"You're quite welcome, Scarlet."

"H-How d-do you know my--"

The boy slowly came close to her face and brushed his lips against her, softly kissing her then pulled away slowly.

"Remember now?"

Scarlet's face turned a bright red. "K-Kazuki...." She said quietly, blushing.

Kazuki chuckled and kissed Scarlet's cheek. "You're the same cute girl you were when we were 6."

"C-cute...?!" She said blushing a lot.

"Yes. The cutest."

"O-Oh, thanks."

"Do you remember when we were little," Kazuki said pointing at a little shop. "That once we were married and together, I would buy you that beautiful musical trinket that was inside the store?"

She blushed from the thought. "Yes....I remember."

"Well, we can't get married now. We're a bit too young." He said with a chuckle.

The rain soon lit up a bit and stopped after a while, leaving a beautiful sun out.

"So I see. But...that doesn't mean we can't be together, right?"

"Right, indeed." He said playing with her soaked hair.

"H-Hey! Stop that!" She said giggling.

"Aww, but it looks cute this way, put up in two little buns."

She hid her red face and started to shiver a bit. "S-Shut u-up..."

"You seem a cold. Whom I take you inside, then?"

"Ah....That would be nice. My house is a few blocks away from here, so not so far." She said clinging to him, blushing and hiding her face.

"Hm? What's wrong?" He asked her curiously.

"It's nothing. I'm...I'm just really glad we could see each other once again..." Scarlet said with a little smile.
