Chapter Two:
There she is again...
Earbuds stuffed in her ears and her arms tightly hugging her blazer.
Since the past days she's been becoming thinner.
Her slightly fluffy cheeks now sharp.
Her skin no longer lightly sun-kissed.
Now turning into pale white. Her tall figure standing since today it seems to be crowded.
I hold onto the pole, trying to keep my balance as the bus moves.
A bump on the road causes the bus to shake and bounce.
She slightly loses her balance and grabs the nearest balanced object.
She grabs onto the pole I'm holding onto and adjusts the strap of her backpack.
She looks up and I get a glimpse of those marvelous auburn eyes.
I give her a small smile and she returns it by a timid smile and gives me a slight nod.
She turns away and I can't help but get those eyes out of my mind.
