Percy is sitting near the lake thinking how to protect Harry and destroy Voldemort once and for all . He thought about what Hades said " His soul is very weak like it is split into many pieces " .
Percy thought about what Dumbledore said " Horcruxes are objects in which a dark witch or wizard hides part of their soul. To hide a portion of the soul, the witch or wizard must rip the soul in two. The only way to do this is to commit the ultimate evil act — murder " . Percy thought how many innocents he would have murdered for this selfish act. It is not a surprise Hades wants to give the worst torture possible for him .
He decided to go to the castle to sleep ,so he stood up and took his wand to cast the disillusionment charm to escape from Mrs.Norris and Filtch when he noticed an annoying buzzing sound coming near him. He looked around and saw a beetle . But what caught his attention was the marking around the antenna that reminds him of something annoying .
He thought for a moment and his eyes widened in realization that those markings looks like Rita's glasses . He quickly transfigured a stone nearby into a jar and stuffed the beetle into the jar before it could notice . He put an unbreakable charm , he looked at the jar closely and saw the fat beetle is buzzing around trying to escape from it .
"Looks like your reign of gossip is over Skeeter " Percy said looking at the beetle with a triumph grin.

Percy is sitting in Dumbledore's office waiting for him . "May I ask why you want to see me in such an ungodly hour Percy ?" . Percy saw Dumbledore walking towards him with a sleepy expression. Percy smiled at sheepishly for waking him from his slumber . Percy looked at him and said " I know how Rita gets the information for her article " . This caused Dumbledore to look at him with a curious expression . "What it is Percy ? " Dumbledore asked curiously .
Percy showed the jar to Dumbledore , Dumbledore looked at it closely and saw a fat beetle buzzing . Dumbledore looked at Percy with wide eyes and said " It is Rita Skeeter " causing Percy to nod triumphantly .
Dumbledore looking at jar and said " She is an unregistered animagus " gaining a disbelieving look from Percy . Percy's disbelieving look turned into a mischievous smile " Tomorrow is going to be awesome ".

Harry internally thanked the elves for bacon, eggs, and kippers were quite as good as usual. He thought Ron's predictions that the house elves will send substandard food to the Gryffindor table because Hermione had insulted them , will become true but fortunately it is false.
When the post owls arrived, Hermione looked up eagerly; she seemed to be expecting something. "Percy won't've had time to answer yet," said Ron. "We only sent Hedwig yesterday." "No, it's not that," said Hermione. "I've taken out a subscription to the Daily Prophet. I'm getting sick of finding everything out from the Slytherins." "Good thinking!" said Harry, also looking up at the owls.
Soon they were joined by Percy who looked like he hadn't slept last night . "Hi " he greeted them and started to apply butter to his toast . Hermione looked at him and asked " Where did you go last night after finishing dinner ? " . Percy lazily said " Went for a swim in the black lake " gaining looks of disbelief from the trio . Harry shook his head and continued to eat his breakfast . A owl landed near Percy's plate . He took the copy of daily prophet and placed a knut in it's pouch . Hermione looked at the copy with disgust and asked " Still you are ordering this ? " But Percy ignored her and continued to read the copy with a grin on his face . Once he finished reading it he grinned triumphantly .
