Alexandria Green
This has been the longest hour of my life. An hour of trying to get anyone but Zayn to listen to at least one of my orders for today's class.
I don't create the agenda, rules, or anything for this class, I'm just here to simply direct these trainees. And that seems like to be the hardest part at the moment. I swear you could cut the tension in here with a fucking knife.
Speaking of knives, I asked the four people standing in front of me to start off by throwing knives at a bullseye to warm up. Niall set up the bullseye while I was well busy in the hallway earlier today. The bullseye is human sized, and instead of a red circle in the middle for the target it's an outline of a body.
The whole goal is to hit the main deathly areas of the fake human outline so the targets will give them more experience aiming at human shaped objects. There's three bullseyes placed behind me, all completely clean of knife throwing.
Zayn respectfully stood up and headed towards the table where I placed the daggers earlier, but I patiently asked him to wait for the other freshman to join him. It's not fair if he has to do all this shit by himself. They're all here to train and that's exactly what they're going to do.
I'm standing in front of Louis, him not even bothering to make eye contact with me. He stands a few inches taller than me with his dark messy hair covered by the green hood to his sweatshirt. His earbuds are back to being tucked inside his hood, and he has gray sweatpants covering his shorter legs. His head is down with his black sneaker covered feet tapping to what I assume the music playing in his earbuds.
I know he can sense my presence, our bodies only being a few inches apart. I lift my hand to pull out one of his earbuds so he can at least pretend to listen to me.
"What the fuck are you doing?" He interrupts my movements.
"Trying to get you to fucking listen to me"
"I don't have to do what you tell me to do" He snaps back, looking at me like I'm crazy for asking him to follow my orders.
"Based on the fact that I'm head of this department, yeah you do" I spit out while ripping out the earbuds from his ears.
His face heats up with anger, but he shockingly doesn't move another muscle or speak another word. His blue eyes are digging into my eyes, as he shoves past me, making our shoulders bump into each other.
I flip off his green hoodie covered head from behind. as I watch him slowly make his way to the knife filled table. Once again everyone's attention is drawn to this interaction, except for Harry who still has earbuds in paying absolutely no attention to this situation.
Rori still hasn't spoken a sentence of even tried to participate, while Zayn is standing with Niall at the start of the bullseyes waiting to begin. Louis makes his way over to the table but sits down right when I thought he was gonna follow my instructions.
He allows himself to lay down fully, using his arms as a pillow and closing his eyes.
"What the fuck are you doing" I question.
"I told you, I don't follow your fucking orders" He mumbles, while still pretending to be asleep.
I want to kill him.
"Fuck this" A voice behind me speaks, making my head turn to the source of the sound.
Harry is detaching his earbuds from his phone and standing to his feet. His body barely brushes my own, as he makes his way past me to join almost everyone else on the other side of the room.
