When Gibbs had gotten to Mario's pizza place he saw Tony on the floor holding his shoulder and talking to someone that was standing above him. When he saw that he was glad that Tony wasn't dead yet and that he got there in time. He ran in and went straight for Tony to help him sit up more. The guy standing over Tony ask who is he in Italian.
Tony answered in Italian also "he is my boss and my father."
The other guy said "get him out of here, he can't help you he will just get in the way. If you don't get him out of here I will shoot him!"
"No you won't! Because if you do that you will never get money out of me!" Says Tony. Gibbs is now stand up and pointing at gun at the person yelling at Tony. Gibbs threatens to shoot him if the guy doesn't leave after some thought the guy does but not before cursing at Tony and saying that he will be back when he didn't have a someone protect him. After the guy left Gibbs say to Tony "Who was that person, Tony? "
Tony very slowly and softly that you could hardly hear him said"my father".
