Daichi grabs the door handle, gently turning it, letting out a sigh as he takes a step into the house, placing his bag to the side of the door and swinging his coat onto the coat hangers beside him before finally shutting the door.
Before he could even look up to see the slim hallway he stood in Sugawara comes rushing down the hallway, pulling Daichi into a hug. "Your home so late!" he comments with quite a stern tone, "working hard, huh?" he asks changing his tone quickly, realising Daichi's disheartened expression. He gripped onto Daichi's shoulders, kissing him on the cheek. Daichi sighs, looking down at the grey-haired boy, smiling "I suppose you could say that" he says chuckling softly but not in a very joyous way.
Daichi walks down the hallway plunging his face deep into the couch letting out yet another sigh. "What's wrong hun?" Suga asks as he slowly squats down to Daichi's eyesight. Daichi looks him in the eye, admiring his beautiful, grey eyes. "Just work things I suppose you could say" Daichi responds, carefully bringing his arm up to hold Suga's cheek in his hand. "Tell me all about it honey bun" Suga announces before carefully getting out of the squatting position he was in and sitting down, on the couch, next to Daichi. He placed his hand onto Daichi's head and stroking his delicate chestnut brown hair.
Daichi turns onto his back, looking into Suga's eyes. "I was called by a young girl that someone was chasing after her in an empty street around five o'clock. We drove as fast as we could over to her whereabouts but when we got there she was... no longer with us". Sugawara frowns, kissing Daichi's head "that must have been terrible to witness" Sugawara remarks
"It truly was, and the worst part is that the killer left no clues, we have not even one suspect".
Daichi stands up "Anyway, that's unimportant, how was your day?". Suga groans before blurting out "I love the second graders I'm working with this year but they can really be little pains in the butt sometimes". Sugawara jumps as he quickly remembers something, "Shoot I have to finish marking books!". He kisses Daichi's forehead before running back into his office.
