"Have we got the key?" Suga exclaims from the kitchen
"Yes" Daichi shouts, waiting at the door for Suga to grab grocery bags
"Okay!" Suga says, rushing to Daichi, one bag with three inside dangling from his wrist.
Daichi opens the door for Suga. "Ladies first", He says with a rather knightly tone in his voice.
"Why thank you kind sir" Suga responds sounding formal, letting out a small chuckle as he walks out the door. Daichi followed after as he kisses the mole on Sugas cheek. Suga giggles as Daichi chuckles with him.
They open the car door, Daichi sitting in the driver's seat. "Why don't I ever get to drive?" Suga whines. "Because you're a road rager and you know that" Daichi responds whilst keeping his eyes on the road. Suga chuckles, looking at Daichi, smiling "oh come on, I'm not that bad!" As Daichi comes to a red light he glares at Sugawara with that 'are you serious look'. "Sugawara Koushi, you beep at people as soon as the light turns green when they don't accelerate in the timespan of like... one point two seconds. That's not even the worst of it". Suga scoffs in annoyance, looking out the window as he mumbles "I'm sorry I'm about as impatient as a child". Daichi looks back at the road as he pushes the acceleration pedal "your a 34-year-old man, start acting like one"
"I do act my age excuse me!" Suga barks back
"When did you get so funny" Daichi smirks in response.
As Daichi gets out of the car to see the concrete walls of the parking lot, he looks back into the car to see Sugawara searching for something.
"Is everything good?" Daichi asks, looking at Sugawara, puzzled.
"I can't find my wallet" Sugawara groans in distress. Daichi closes his door, walking around the car, and opening Sugas door. He grabs Sugas chin, bringing Suga to have an eye to eye contact with Daichi. "It's okay baby," Daichi says with a calming look "I'll pay for it" He states as he kisses Sugawara's forehead.
As both men walk into the store, Daichi grabs a basket as Suga pins his gaze to the floor. Daichi notices Sugawara's unusual behaviour. Daichi grabs Suga's shoulder gently, startling Suga. "Is everything okay bubby?" Daichi asks, concerned. Suga looks into his calming, hazel eyes as relaxation fills his body. "Yeah, just anxious about something, that's all!" Suga pulls a smile trying to get rid of the unusual tension happening that very moment.
Daichi's concern grew bigger, "what's bugging you?" Daichi says as they walk into an aisle. Daichi reads the shopping list as he walks with Suga to find this particular item "Well I'm just worried about what you told me around five days ago, that must be so scary to deal with".
Daichi sighs, looking down at Suga seeing the worry in his charming face. "Suga, it's really nothing to worry about I'm-" Before Daichi could even finish his sentence to state he was fine (which was not true), Suga cut him off, holding his hand up as his ring glistened in the store light "our wedding vows, remember. You said you would never hide a lie till the day you died," He says putting his hand down, then crossing his arms. "Fine, fine, you got me. To be honest, we have found nine new victims, all still being from this area with no suspects but we can say for sure that these victims have been suffering quite a lot" Daichi sighs, looking down. Suga looks at him disappointingly. Daichi continues to his small little speech "The murders have been more gruesome recently and-"
"Hi, mister Koushi!" A small voice appeared, cutting off Daichi.
Suga turns to see a student of his. Sugawara bends down to the small boy's height "Hey Jeon! How's everything been? Are you still mastering your time's tables?" Suga and the boy continue to have little conversations as Daichi smiles, watching how good Suga is with kids.
After a little bit, Suga waves goodbye to the boy and his mother before standing up and going back to Daichi. "you're so good with kids, I wish you were my teacher when I was younger" Daichi exclaims "oh don't flatter me" Suga giggles as Daichi joins him.
