Here are some changes made in canon story by me so please keep them in mind :
1. James and Lily are Alive
2. Peter is in Azkaban
3. Sirius had informed Dumbledore about Peter being the secret keeper. So, when Sirius doesn't find Peter in his house on Halloween, Sirius alerts the order and they end up coming to Godric's Hollow.
4. In Godric's Hollow - Dumbledore kills Voldemort but Dumbledore's is sure that Voldemort will somehow return .
