Of course, they're mortal enemies. I mean look at them! Evil face + Smily face = BAD NEWS! Once they met in the forest, Tac Nayn saw Nyan Cat as an enemy. Right away, he new he hated her rainbow counterpart. And suddenly, he attacked!
