I was sitting in my room watching a youtube video on my phone but i couldn't remember anything from it cause i was spacing out due to a certain something or should i say someone. I had a crush on a girl named abby i have known for a very long time. When i saw her at volleyball practice with her hair in a ponytail i just lost it. I always new she was bisexual mainly because she told me but that's not the point. I always dreamed about her liking me but those were just dreams. I told her i like her once and she said we couldn't be friends anymore so i played it off as some stupid joke. I checked back at my phone and saw a diffrent video playing so the one i was watching must have ended. Dang i thought as i stood up rembering i have practice in 1 hour i quickly got ready pulling my jersey on and putting my hair in a messy pony tail i got my bag together and ran out the door. I sliped my head phones in my ears as i was walking from my house to the school since we practice in the gym. Well i was walking i tried not to space out but i did and before i knew it i was at my school. I walked into the locker room and changed into my volleyball uniform then headed to the gym. When i got into the gym no one was there yet so i grabbed a ball and stared to practice. I was the best player on the team i was also the setter on my team. When the others walked in i was taking a break cause i was 30 minutes early and they heard me singing i was also in choir and i was amazing or so i was told. I didn't see them at first cause i sing with my eyes closed they all just sat in front of me and listened to me singing. When i was done i opened my eyes to see my whole team staring at me. I quickly got extremely flustered and hid my face. They clapped and then went to practice. After practice was over and i was getting ready in the change room when abby came up to me."hey do you wanna go out for boba later?" she asked sounding really nervous "sure just let me get changed"
"Ok meet me out side" she said as she walked away i quickly got changed and headed to the front of the school. "Hey abby" "oh hi" she said clearly getting out of a long deep thought "you ready to go?" i say bringing her back to reality "u-uh yeah i think so" with that we headed out. As we were walking and talking i got a phone call so i reached into my pocket to pick it up. "Oh hola mamá Qué pasa? Si estoy con abby si la que me gusta MAMA! ok te amo también adiós" i hung up "ok what were you saying?" i asked shoving my phone back in my pocket turning back to the now shocked girl "what was that?" "a conversation?" "you speak spainish!?" "yes"
"Cool" she said as we continued to walk. When we got there i ordered a peach bubble tea with extra pearls she ordered honey-due with normal pearls. We walked over to a table to wait for our drinks. We talked about everything volleyball,school,home, everything. When the barista called our names we walked up he handed us our drinks and we left. As we walked away from the shop we were both silent until "Where do you wanna go now?" she asked breaking the silence "how about the library?" "sure" we talked about how much homework we had as we walked to the library. When we arrived we had finished our drinks we found the nearest trash can and threw them out before walking into the library. When we stepped in we walked right over to a table in the corner and put our stuff down to start studying for the test we had coming up. "Hey can you help me with this question?" her voice echoed threw the library walls from across the table. "Yes what is it?" i called back out as i stood up walking towards the confused girl. I grabbed a chair and pulled it over as i sat in it she pushed the page over so i can see it. As i look over at it i notice it was one of the math questions from the homework.when i was done helping her we packed up and walked to my house to hang out. we got there and headed to my room "what do you wanna watch?" she asked as she sat down on my bed "hmmm how about a scary movie?" i asked sitting down next to her "s-sure" "does IT sound good?" i asked going threw my movie case "yeah''. we were about have way threw the movie when a jump scare came and i felt her tense up and grab my arm to hide her face in it. "Hey you ok?" i asked as i paused the movie turning to look at her "i uh don't like scary movies" she admitted looking down at her feet "then why would you wanna watch one?" "i-i dont know" she said stuttering. "Well since you probably don't wanna walk home by yourself wanna sleep over?" i said getting up. " yeah i guess" "wonderful let me tell my mom" i said in a sweet voice letting her feel comfortable. "mamá abby se queda a pasar la noche está bien te amo" i yell to my mom. "Ok its getting late we should head to bed" i say checking my phone for the time. "Ok wait what do i wear were do i sleep?'' "you can sleep with me and wear some of my clothes" ''o-ok" after she gets changed and we are both laying in bed we fall asleep. When i woke up it was a nice sunday morning and i felt something weighted on my chest i look down to see abby sleeping peacefully on my chest. I get flustered but over all decided not to wake her up and and to just read a wattpad story on my phone. After about 1 hour she wakes up and see's me on my phone. "Oh good morning" i say noticing she's awake now. She try's to get off my chest but fails " hey wanna just stay like this for a while?" she says as she closes her eyes "sure babe" i say not realizing what i said "babe? She says looking up confused "u-uh i ment a-" i get cut off by her lips on mine i imeditly kiss back. As we break for air she looks up "omg i am so sorry i should have asked first" she says looking worried "its ok i like you too" her face lights up "yay!" she says smashing her lips into mine. "Dating?'' i say knowing the answer already "yes" she says laying her head back down to sleep again. God i love her i think as i put my phone down and cuddle her falling back asleep as well, we told the team and our parents they were all supportive. 3 years later we got engaged and later married we adopted a kitten named snowy. I guess i finally got my happy ending
