Chapter nine

|Blair's p.o.v|

Jack and I walked off onto the football field. "you want to talk?" I asked Jack stopping, "are you dating Sam?" he asked me. "no, and even if I was why would that be any of your business or are you jealous?" I scoff at him.  "im not jealous, and it is because sam is my best friend" he says to me rolling his eyes. "that doesn't mean anything Jack" I roll my eyes walking off. "im not jealous" Jack yells at me as I run off to student aid.

when I got to class I quickly found Matt and took a seat. "how'd it go with Jack?" he asked me. I laughed and began to explain what happened, even Matt thought it was funny. "he's jealous" Matt nods his head, "that's what i said" I shout, making people stare. I drop my head onto the table; "way to gain attention" Matt smacked me. "ouch" I rub my head, sitting up. "don't complain" he rolled his eyes joking around.

I was walking to lunch when Sam, Jack, and Nate walked up to me. Jack was starring me down, but I pay attention to Sam. "can I talk to you?" sam asked me. I say yes and walk off with him. "something you want to say?" I ask him. he nods "do you wanna go on a date with me?" he asked me.

I was actually happy that he asked me, so I said yes. when we walked back, he gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and let me go meet up with my friends. I sat at the table "what took you so long?" Nat asked me; "Sam asked me out" I smile happily.

"really?" Nat smiled at me, I shook my head "I don't know when, probably soon" I say to her. I say hi to matt and nash but they look grumpy. "what's up with grumpy 1 and 2?" I ask Nat. she shrugs "I don't know,but they need a girlfriend" she jokes making me laugh.

"boys what's wrong with you?" I ask them, "I never get to go on dates" matt pouts "I don't know" nash shrugs. I roll my eyes "ask a girl out dim wit" I smack him. "wow really?" he asked sarcasticly. "yeah, but I forget you get rejected" I laughed at him. he glared at me "im kidding your by best friend" I laugh wrapping my arms around him.

my phone goes off, telling me I have received a text message. I unlock my phone seeing it's tilly.
tilly; no work today; but Thursday we have delivery. I looked up, and looked at nate and sam they nodded. I turned around and finished eating lunch.

"do you want to hangout after school?" nat asked me. "I kind of want to sleep" I frown feeling bad that her and I never hang out anymore. "we can nap together" she laughs hugging me. "yeah your definitely my best friend" I say hugging her back.

after school I dropped matt and nash off at their houses leaving nat and i at my house. my parents had work, and the twins had soccer and basketball practice. so it was just us, which happened to be peace full.

"what's keeping you so busy?" nat asked out of no where. "what are you talking about?" I try and play dumb; "you've been distant always have something to do" she says to me. "what's going on?" she used again. I couldn't avert the conversation it was going to come up one day.

"ive been hanging out with tilly, sam,and nate" I tell her. she gives me a look "why tilly?  don't you hate her?" she asked me. i shrug "she's alright I guess, mostly hang with sam and nate" I say to her, technically I wasn't lying because I do hang out with them. just not in the way she thinks we are, which is partially considered lying.

"that's it? that's all you've been doing?" she asked shocked, and looked slightly irritated. I shook my head "I have tutoring twice a week" I tell her. "oh right I forgot" she face palms her self, making me laugh. "we should hangout more" nat whines to me; "we will,im trying" I sigh hugging her. "I can't believe we haven't napped yet" nat laughed at me. "actually me either" I said laying back feeling more tired now that she said it.

"don't sleep now" she shakes me; "I have an idea" I sit up. "okay what's your idea?" she smiled looking interested. "lets call sam and nate over" I tell her; "no I don't know them" she shakes her head. "please nat, one day you two can date then we can say our guys are best friends" I smile trying to get her to say yes.

"fine fine, once and if they annoy me im leaving" she said groaning "yay oh my god I love you" I squeak she glares at me, but I ignore it and text sam telling him to come over and bring nate with him.

twenty mintues later, the doorbell rings. "come with me?" I ask her, "I want food anyways" she laughs getting up. Nat and I walk down stairs, she goes to the kitchen and I go to the door. i open the door, and see not only sam and nate but jack. I play it off as calm, but I am not okay with this.

nat walks out asking something, but shuts up as soon as she sees the boys. "you know what? I think I forgot something" she lies trying I walk upstairs to avoid this awkward incounter. I grab her arm "no you didn't stay here" I smile at her. she sighs and sits down with me, all the boys take a seat.

"sam can I talk to you for a mintue?" I ask him. he nods and stands up following me outside. "what's up babe?" he smiles at me, "why did you bring Jack?" ask him annoyed. "he wanted to come? what's the big deal?" sam asked me. I sigh "I don't know, I thought it would be nice to have the four of us not five" I tell him. "next time babe" sam says kissing my cheek. "oh and the dates Saturday" he smiles before continuing to walk inside.                                 

when we got back inside jack sat with an annoyed face. I wanted to laugh, but I didn't I took a seat and kept calm. "so how's tutoring going for you guys?" sam asked me. my heart vested fast, and a smirk plastered across his face. "it's going great, don't you think blair?" jack asked devilishly. "yeah it's going well" I faked a smile. why did I agree to any of this?

"what do you guys want to do?" Nat asked us; "im hungry" I tell them, "we should go get pizza" nate says. "or we could order in" jack scoffs. "but then we'd still be bored" I rolled my eyes. "fine we will take my car" I say grabbing my keys off the table.

Sam and I order a whole cheese pizza, and it actually wasn't expensive. "this is good" nat moaned, I glare at her joking around. "stop that, you've done it before too" she said smacking my arm. I laughed "your right, but you seen so into food" I tell her. she nods and continues to eat. I turn away from here and see the boys starring at us, they looked a little creeped out.

I shrugged "forgot you guys came" I said laughing. we finished eating, and I dropped off nat at her house. and brought back Sam,Jack, and nate off at my house. when I pulled up, my dad's car was home, I guess he got off early.

"I think you guys should go" I say getting out, Sam gave me a hug and they all got into the car driving away. when I walked inside, mac was sitting on thr couch crying. "mac what happened?" I ask her sitting down. "dad had to come pick me up from school" she cries. I forgot I get out at two, and she gets out at four. "why what happened?" I ask in shock.

"I got into a fight; and dad was really mad" she says frowning. "why would you fight?" I ask her, mac isn't like that. "this girl, she just I don't know I snapped. she was all over my boyfriend, and I don't know it made me angry and I already didn't like her" she groaned getting angry. "did you when?" I asked laughing. "well I got suspended so yeah" she said trying not to laugh. "so whose your boyfriend?" I asked excited. "his names hayes, you'll meet him tomorrow" she smirks. "awh thats so cute" I laugh.

I decided to end this here because yeah, so I brought Hayes in it because why not? anyways hope you guys liked...it's kind of sucky and short. but I like short chapters so I can update more. anyways happy Saturday.
