Hello there new adventurer welcome to the world of Dissent, Here you will no doubt find many people and perils to keep you on your toes hopefully this field guide will help you through your first couple weeks here " ....... what a load of crap Hi my name is Julius and I'm a spellsword you seem to have picked up my special edition copy of "The craptastic guide to not dying on your first day in Dissent " you can go ahead and ignore anything in here not written by me other than the laws on the back page because those are accurate at least for the most part.
To get started let me explain how this story is going to be told, there are gonna be 2 chapter types. The first are field guide chapters like this one that will help you get some background on the world and monsters that you might see on your adventures along with some tips that I wish I knew before I got into this whole mess.
The other chapters are going to be story's or log entries from a few different characters and their chapters will be titled with their names. I hope you caught all that because i'm not explaining it again and trying to learn on the job is an amazing way to get murdered. So without further ado I present to you
