Ch.5 : Standing up to Rossi

Felix POV :

I am in class and i can't take it anymore, that Rossi lies in every single breath she takes. I haven't done anything only because Marigold told me not to do anything.

I woke up today thinking about what my idiot cousin said, he irritates me. He is taking with liar Rossi right now like she is his best friend even though he knows not to trust her.

Marigold is right beside me, sketching in her designing note. All her designs are amazing, she has so much talent. She can bake too, she gave me one of the macaroons that she made and they were amazing.

Marigold really is an amazing girl, but i need to know what happened to her that made her seem depressed when we encountered the liar herself and one of her followers.

"hey, Marigold?" i called. "yes Felix?" she responded looking up from her note. "tell me what else the liar did exempt lie, i can see she did something to you." i said.

"oh." that was response, her face showed horror and worry as she told me everything. I was fuming with anger now, that i stood up from seat to go and warn miss Rossi to stay away from my Marigold.

Mari grabbed my hand and said "it's okay Felix, if you go to her then she'll make you look like the bad person in this. I don't want you to get in trouble because of me." i stopped and sat down again just as the teacher came in.

She said that we have two new students coming today. "come in you two" the teacher said as two people walked in, i recognized them to be luka and kagami from yesterday. I was relieved that they were Marigold's friends.

Marigold, Chloe and Sabrina squealed as they took their seats. I was happy that Marigold was happy. The class went on like always, me starring at Marigold, Rossi reciting her lies and Marigold taking notes.

Before i knew it, it was lunch so i left with Marigold. We sat in the same table as yesterday but this time luka, Chloe, kagami and Sabrina sat with us.

Luka beside his fiancè, Chloe beside her fiancè and me beside Marigold. We talked about luka and kagami's trip and seems like they are really popular.

I also learned that Marigold was the famous MDC, Jagged stone's honary niece and Chloe was her model and Sabrina their manager. I was amazed seeing that even when Rossi lied about them they were so calm.

Chloe was talking about her mother who recently came to Paris. "And she said she'll be taking the whole class- the sheep with us!! Can you believe it!? She said she thought everyone were my friends now that i have changed!" she yelled.

"what are you talking about Chloe?" i asked her. "My Mom is taking the Lila and her followers with us, to Gotham!!" she yelled again. "we?" i asked.

"yes. We. I told her I'll be taking friends,aka everyone in this table, with me and she arranges a whole field trip!!" she said angrily.

"what!?" i exclaimed. "can't you tell your mother about it?" i asked. "i did, but she already booked the plane tickets!" Chloe responded. "hey, hey, hey, it's alright now, don't scream you two." said luka. "yes, will get the liar and her sheep's attention." said kagami.

"guys, i have an idea." said sabrina. "what is it?" asked Marigold. "Mari, you said your uncle and cousins are in Gotham right?" asked Sabrina. "uhh yeah."

replied Marigold. "why don't we spend our time with them? We can stay away from the class." Sabrina said. "yea!" "that's a good idea" that'll be good" "Mhm!" i heard everyone agree. "yeah but-" Marigold was cut off by that liar.

"yes I'm dating Damian Wayne!" the liar screamed with a sickly sweet voice. "wow girl he's so lucky to have you!" said that cèscare said. I was getting angry at her because she can't stop lieing.

"we used to play together in the Wayne manor when we were 6!" the liar said. "awe you were childhood friends! So romantic!" exclaimed a girl with short blonde hair and blue eyes.(that's rose if you couldn't tell.)

"Hey Lila, did you know that Damian was with his mother in the League of Assassins when he was 6 and only became a wayne when he was 10?" said Marigold, i couldn't stop the smirk that creeped up my face as she said that.

"Shut up Mari-trash!" "yeah your just jealous!" everyone started attacking Marigold by saying stupid things. Everyone sitting with us started to fight with them too.

Cèscare came up to Marigold and raised her hand to slap her. 'That. Is. It.' i thought as i slapped her hand away from Marigold's face.

"what do you know Cèscare, what Marigold is saying are facts everyone knows, you can get it with a simple Google Search. But what that liar is saying is unbelievable." i shot back.

I was hanging out with Marigold and the others after school when Mari told us she had one more secret. I didn't know what she meant by one more but i became curious what this secret was.
