Request: I am not here to ask for another part of different life nope. I'm here to kindly ask for headcanons for a hero au of that fic! like how would it be if corpse and the reader had the same quirks but were full on heros hope this made sense
A/N: Hey hun!! I love the hero idea for this little series thing we've created, sooo I hope you like them!! (Also sorry again for taking forever to get this out work kicked my ass last week and I've felt physically sick because of it since then 😓)

-lets jump on in 👀 -Corpse as a hero is kind of 50/50 -like he loves that he's able to help people and use his quirk for good, but it's also so consuming -the politics of it and the cameras and the rankings are not his favorite part -but he still does it because he loves what he does -in this hero!AU I would feel that y/n and Corpse would have met through another hero -(most likely by Valkyrae who I imagine is a super badass winged hero, similar to a dragon [like Ryuko from mha but Rae doesn't actually turn into a dragon]) -Corpse was super shy and wouldn't really talk at first -but he quickly warmed up to you and you two got pretty close pretty quick -you two would train together and, even though you were in different companies, sometimes you'd patrol the same area -you'd even meet for breakfast and he'd walk you to your company sometimes (even though his company was in the opposite direction) -after a few months of flirting and breakfast meets, feelings were put out into the open -Corpse definitely caught feelings first but you were quick to reciprocate -i mean who wouldn't like him he's amazing -the way you both found out you liked each other probably was through texts and it was most likely Corpse who messaged you first -he's far more comfortable over text, and he wrote out a whole paragraph and was hovering his thumb over the send button and then just pushed it -he regretted it immediately, doubting himself and trying to figure out a way to delete the message -buuuuut you saw it already, the little 'read at...' popping up almost instantly after he sent the message -Corpse was devastated as he saw you typing a response -all he could think about was how awkward this was gonna make things -breakfast meets would never be the same -his phone chimed and he stared at his phone for a few minutes (going through in his head how he could reply to your rejection smoothly) before actually picking it up and reading what you had to say -as he read your text he was shocked -mainly that you liked him back -and also that you had asked him out to dinner -he reread your text probably a hundred times just to make sure he was reading it correctly -that you sent it to the right person -you sent another text saying that yes you sent it to the right person and yes your feelings for him were real -you could practically read his mind -another reason why he liked you so much -fast forward a few months you two are in a relationship -you both keep it on the dl just cause you don't want fans and paparazzi berating both of you all the time (it was enough as is being in the top 50 hero's) -but eventually all good things come to an end -y'all are spotted by some paparazzi as you leave his place and give him a kiss on the cheek and the media goes WILD -suddenly the picture of you two are on every cover of every magazine and on every "HERO 101" website and drama site -it gets a little out of hand and you both decide to just address the picture and out your relationship -it blows over pretty quickly and in a few weeks everything's back to normal -except now you two don't go out on dates in disguises -being a hero also means facing the bad guys every once in a while and sometimes they can get the jump on both of you -so every now and then you two are patching each other up -Corpse wrapping the large gash on your arm -you cleaning off the slime from someone's quirk off of him -sometimes, if the threat level was high enough, you and Corpse would end up fighting villain's together -on your off days you'd train together and find ways to incorporate both of your quirks together to apprehend villain's and such -so training like that came in handy for days like that -like an action movie, you two would be back to back fighting villain's and covering each other -your quirk was more capable to rescuing civilians -(just a recap your quirk was melting anything you touch) -while Corpse's quirk was helpful in keeping threats at bay -(another recap, Corpses' quirk was a mist that can practically make someone a 'corpse' because the mist stops all motor functions and movements) -you two are super badass on the field and other hero's really admire you two -some maybe even jealous of your relationship -being a hero also means long long hours and sometimes you don't see each other for a few days because of hectic schedules/missions/etc. -so when you finally get to see each other after a while, you two are connected at the hip -cooking together -filling out paperwork together -cleaning together -cuddling -everything -he gets especially clingy during these times when you reconnect after a few days away -its really cute 🥺 -all in all Hero!Corpse best bf ever award 😌
